Evermore Gazebo is a 22-foot open-air ceremony pavilion featuring a soft cream-white exterior, stained wood floors, and a graceful two-tiered roof. A built-in rear bench adds subtle charm and function, while wide steps allow the wedding party to be beautifully framed for the ceremony. A classic ceiling fan provides comfort overhead. The surrounding lawn accommodates up to 150 guests, set beside a peaceful pond and a natural forest backdrop for a simple, elegant outdoor setting.

Midway Manor offers a quintessentially Southern estate experience, anchored by a stately red-brick colonial manor with grand white pillars. The sprawling, manicured lawn serves as a lush emerald canvas for high-end tented receptions. The transition from the historic architecture of the manor to the open-air celebration on the grass creates a seamless blend of traditional permanence and festive elegance.

The primary suite at Midway Manor is a masterclass in grand, traditional Southern luxury. The room is anchored by a magnificent dark wood four-poster canopy bed draped in ethereal white netting. Rich mahogany furniture, including antique dressers and a classic hope chest, adds a sense of history and weight. The space is softened by plush cream carpeting, heavy crimson velvet drapery, and a vibrant rug that defines an intimate lounge area with a deep navy sofa and pops of bright red accents.

Perfect for groomsmen, extended family, or the wedding party, this spacious adjoining suite features a king bed, two queen beds, two twins, a couch, and optional rollaway beds. Guests enjoy a cozy sitting area, a dining table, walk-in closet, and attached bathroom—ideal for relaxing, getting ready, and making unforgettable wedding weekend memories.

The interiors of Midway Manor are a collection of expansive, thoughtfully curated suites that evoke the feeling of a private boutique estate. Each room is a unique design story. Our Bridal Suite features picturesque areas for getting ready, a large bathroom, new laminate flooring, and ground floor access. Throughout the manor, traditional elements like dark wood armoires, antique-style floral art, and ornate display cases anchor the space in Southern history.

Overlooking the beautiful backyard pond and fountain, the Captain’s Quarters are tastefully decorated with nautical themes. The luxurious king bed ensures a restful night’s sleep as you rest from your daily adventures of conquering the high seas of life. These quarters share the spacious hallway bathroom at the top of the stairs.

The Fernwood Haven room offers a king bed with garden views, providing a peaceful retreat for guests. The room includes a large desk and office chair and a TV. These quarters share the spacious hallway bathroom at the top of the stairs.

Serenity Haven is a spacious and serene space featuring a comfortable king bed and futon couch. It’s one of the many elegant bedrooms in Midway Manor, but arguably has the most comfortable bed with a touch of southern hospitality, made locally in the charming lowlands. An additional roll-away mattress or Pack ‘N Play may be provided as needed to expand sleeping options for additional smaller guests comfortably. These quarters share the spacious corridor bathroom at the top of the stairs.
