Perfect June Microwedding!!
Merchantville Country Club was the perfect site for our microwedding this past June! They did a fantastic job of accomodating our small group of 25 guests with just 3 months notice for the perfect on-site ceremony followed by an intimate reception. Alyssa, the event coordinator, was extremely responsive to all of our questions throughout the wedding planning process and was very helpful in organizing a seamless day. Her staff was professional, detail oriented, and kind leaving us worry free on our wedding day. The food was delicious and they crafted a signature cocktail special for our event. Cocktail hour was awesome with all of the different food choices! Their grounds are stunning and our pictures turned out fantastic thanks to the beautiful landscaping. I would highly recommend Merchantville Country Club! My family has previously hosted graduation parties, baby showers, and other events here and we have consistently had a positive experience.

Planned a bridal shower
We planned a bridal shower for 45 guests at merchantville country club held a few weeks ago and it was an amazing venue. The outside views were spectacular. The inside fireplace was a beautiful central focal point. We were the only event at that time and felt the special attention given to us by Alyssa and her staff. Alyssa walked us through everything as we planned the event so we knew what to expect and all of our needs were met. Great food and professional service. The Bartender helped create a signature cocktail. It was perfect. Everyone enjoyed it. We couldn’t have asked for a more perfect place for the shower. Merchantville country club is truly a hidden gem for any event. I would recommend it highly!

A Lifetime of Butterflies
We recently hosted my daughter Aly’s bridal shower at Merchantville Country Club, and my heart is still so full when I think about what a beautiful day it was. From the very beginning, the entire experience was wonderful. Planning a special event for your daughter is emotional and important, and the team at Merchantville Country Club made the process so much easier. They were patient, accommodating, organized, and truly cared about helping bring our vision to life. The room looked absolutely beautiful, the food was delicious, and everything flowed so smoothly throughout the afternoon. Our guests had such a lovely time, and so many commented on how wonderful the venue, food, and service were. I especially want to thank Alyssa and the staff for all of their help, responsiveness, and kindness. No question ever felt like too much, and every detail was handled with care and professionalism. Most importantly, they helped create a day full of love, joy, and special memories for Aly and Billy and for all of us who love them. We feel so grateful. Thank you, Merchantville Country Club, for helping make such a meaningful day so special. We will always remember it.

Bridal Shower
We had a wonderful time celebrating our bride to be at Merchantville Country Club! Alyssa was amazing and helped make the day absolutely perfect. The room at the country club is stunning and provides a beautiful setting for weddings, bridal showers, baby showers, or even birthday parties. Every detail was executed flawlessly, and I highly recommend booking your next event at Merchantville Country Club.

My Daughter's Bridal Shower
I recently hosted my daughter's bridal shower at Merchantville County Club, and I couldn't have been happier with the experience. The space itself is beautiful, clean, elegant, and spacious. It was a perfect room for celebrating such a special occassion. From the start, Alyssa was a pleasure to work with. She is friendly, responsive and made the entire process stess-free. On the day o fthe event, the team was just as helpful and everything ran seemlessly. The service during the event and at the bar was outstanding. I truly didn't have to worry about a single detail. I just enjoyed the day with my daugther, friends and family. The food was excellent, and many of our guests went out of their way to comment on how delicious everything was. Most importantly, my daughter said it was everything she could have wanted and more, which meant the world to me. I would absolutely book this venue again without hesitation and highly recommend it to anyone planning a special event.
