Yes, all 2022 events can bring their own alcohol with a licensed and insured catering or bartending service on file.
Yes, free street parking is available for event guests.
Professional cleaners at the end of the event, tables and chairs.
In the event of cancellation by the Client at least six months before the Event, fifty percent of the Security Deposit will be refunded along with one hundred percent of the Damage Deposit. In the event of cancellation by the Client less than six months in advance, the client forfeits the Security Deposit and Damage Deposit as liquidated damages.
Yes, all our facility has a handicap elevator.
