Our building is located 15 miles away from Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport. You can reach our venue by private car or taxi.
Yes, we charge a corkage fee of $20 per bottle for wine and liquor.

Your reservation includes six hours from start to finish, including the time it takes our staff to set up and clean up. Any additional time will be billed at $250 per hour.
Booking fees for our facilities, and all payments made including deposits, are non-refundable. If you cancel your event within 30 days of your booked date, we’ll bill you the full amount of all estimated charges.
