At HorseHead Lake Lodge, we're thrilled to offer a stunning wedding venue that truly embraces the natural beauty of Arkansas. This space features over 4000 square feet on the first floor. The second third and fourth floor consist of a luxurious apartment that sleep 12 and has a rooftop deck and observation room.

Full Weekend Package

Off-peak pricing $5,900-7,700
The full weekend package consists of the ceremony hall and cantilevered deck overlooking the lake along with the bridal suite, reception hall. as well as the newly constructed reception / banquet hall and guest quarters. Also included is Horsehead Lake Lodge I. Horsehead Lake Lodge I sleeps up to 12 guest with a huge front porch overlooking the lake and mountains. This package accommodates up to 26 guest for the weekend. You basically own the venue for the weekend.

Weekday Destination Package

Peak pricing $5,900-7,900
Off-peak pricing $4,900-6,900
In addition to the full weekend packages we also have a weekday, destination package that includes Monday to Thursday and is identical to the full weekend package for $5900. The full weekend package and the weekday destination package will increase by $1000 in 2025. Other package pricing for 2025 will increase by $500. Part of the price increase is due to additional amenities being added.

Best. Wedding. Venue. Ever
We could not have chosen a more perfect venue for our wedding than Horsehead Lake Lodge. The views are absolutely breathtaking and created the most beautiful backdrop for our special day. From the moment we arrived, we knew we had made the right choice. Scott and Olivia were incredible to work with throughout the entire process. They were responsive, organized, and truly invested in making our wedding day everything we hoped it would be. Their attention to detail and willingness to help made planning and the wedding day itself so much less stressful. A special thank you to Olivia, who not only helped coordinate so much behind the scenes, but also did my hair and makeup. She made me feel beautiful and ensured everything was exactly how I envisioned it. Olivia also provided content creation services, and I had amazing wedding content in my hands the very night of the wedding. Being able to relive those special moments immediately was such a gift and something I will always treasure. If you’re looking for a venue with stunning views, exceptional service, and people who genuinely care about making your day unforgettable, I cannot recommend Horsehead Lake Lodge enough. We are beyond grateful for the memories made there and would choose them again in a heartbeat!

Fall Wedding at Hirsehead
Horsehead Lake Lodge and Event Center was an amazing venue for our wedding. From the start, their communication was quick, clear, and even responsive on weekends, which was incredibly helpful during the planning process. The value they provided for the entire property was incredible - they offered us a virtual tour to check out the space, and even put us up at no cost so we could come view it in person. One of the main reasons we chose Horsehead was their coverage in case of rain on the big day, which ended up being a lifesaver since it poured all day. We were so happy to have the pivot option to move the festivities indoors without a hitch. Overall, Horsehead Lake Lodge and Event Center went above and beyond to make our wedding day perfect.

Beautiful, Well-Kept, Depenpable
Horsehead Lake Lodge and Event Center was the perfect venue for our wedding. From the beginning, Scott, the owner, was incredibly helpful and responsive to all of our needs. He went above and beyond, even paying for a lunch for me and my new family, which was such a generous gesture. The venue itself is absolutely stunning - it is one of the most beautiful I have ever seen, with a huge property that has so many activities for guests to enjoy. Everything was extremely well-kept and up-to-date. Scott and his team made sure that every detail was taken care of efficiently, so we could just relax and enjoy our special day. I would highly recommend Horsehead Lake Lodge and Event Center to any couple looking for a gorgeous, well-run wedding venue.

Breathtaking venue
Horsehead Lake Lodge and Event Center was the perfect venue for our wedding. From the moment we first reached out, the staff was incredibly helpful, kind, and attentive. They made sure we were taken care of every step of the way and were only a text or call away if we needed anything. The venue itself was absolutely beautiful - spacious, clean, and wonderful. Our guests were blown away by the gorgeous setting. We couldn't have asked for a better place to celebrate our special day.
