    Paradise

    The Hilton Waikoloa Village was an incredible venue for our wedding. The event coordinators were efficient, effective and concise in their communication, making the planning process seamless. The quality of their work and overall value was truly beautiful, amazing and breathtaking. The event coordinators collectively worked together to make our special day extra memorable, ensuring every detail was perfect. We are so grateful to the Hilton Waikoloa Village team for helping create the wedding of our dreams.

All liquor, beer and non-alcoholic beverages are required to be provided through the Hotel. We allow you to bring your own wine with a corkage fee of $35++ per bottle as long as it is wine that cannot be sourced by our Hotel.
Yes, valet parking is available for $55 per vehicle per day Self-parking is available for $48 per vehicle per day. Please inquire with the Hotel's Event Manager regarding event parking.
Yes, all our facilities are wheelchair accessible. We also have hearing-impaired fire alarm lights and trained staff.
Set up and tear down of hotel equipment, tables, chairs, china, flatware, glassware, and linens.
Your ceremony is reserved for up to one hour. Your reception is reserve for up to four hours included the cocktail hour. Extensions are available for an additional fee.
The nearest airport to our Resort is the Ellison Onizuka Kona International Airport at Keahole (KOA). Our resort is located approximately 30 minutes from the airport. We recommend renting a vehicle or utilizing a rideshare company.

The first 25% deposit is non-refundable. We follow a graduated cancelation policy, please inquire with the Hotel's Event Manager for additional details.
