We’re glad to hear you found our front desk team friendly and welcoming, and that you enjoyed the comfort and overall appearance of your room. We also appreciate the kind comment about the personalized TV welcome greeting. I sincerely apologize that your room was not ready until approximately 7:00 p.m. We understand how frustrating that must have been, particularly after arriving expecting to be able to settle in much earlier. That is certainly not the arrival experience we strive to provide. I’m also sorry for the frustration regarding the shower door. We will have our maintenance team inspect the door and ensure it is properly adjusted to prevent water from escaping onto the bathroom floor. Regarding breakfast, I understand your disappointment. Hilton Garden Inn properties offer a cooked-to-order breakfast for purchase rather than a complimentary breakfast, and we recognize that this can be different from what some travelers have experienced at other hotel brands. We do our best to make our breakfast information and pricing available during the reservation and arrival process, but I’m sorry if that expectation was not clear. We truly appreciate your feedback, especially as this was your first Hilton stay. We hope you’ll consider giving us another opportunity in the future so we can provide the smooth, comfortable stay you should have experienced the first time.
