        As one of the few venues in Columbus, Ohio that has a guest capacity of over 300, it was a quick pick. I am an out-of-state bride also in Law School dealing with all of the wedding planning what felt like on my own. The communication was bad. I asked a million times for photos of the menu and supposedly the chef's computer was wiped out. Food appearance is arguably more important than the taste, how can I pick off a menu when I have no idea how the cocktail hour and displays would be presented. our point of contact was difficult to reach. the hotel room blocks were expensive often didn't work through the link they provided. They made no effort to make bride or guests feel welcome. You should also be aware that your wedding may be the same day as another even going on there too. Our wedding was the same day as a bar mitzvah so there were kids running around the hotel the entire time. impossible to take bride and groom photos. Day of coordinator was nowhere to be found. What I also found quite crazy was them charging 6 for a can of soda. Nothing was explained well. Every follow up question was unanswered and differed to someone else that also did not know the answer. Did we have a beautiful wedding? Yes, absolutely. Was it easy to work with Hilton Easton? No, terrible management.
