About this venue
Picture immaculately kept luscious green grass, blooming flowers, 2 large ponds with water features, and a wooded backdrop. You spend a couple days before your wedding in our luxurious cabins with your family and friends playing cornhole, horseshoes, volleyball, or just enjoying time spent outside in your little slice of heaven. Maybe your group is more adventurous and goes hiking in Glacier National Park or rafting or rents a boat nearby on Whitefish Lake for the afternoon. Because Haymoon Resort is so centrally located in the valley to Whitefish, Kalispell, and Columbia Falls, the possibilities really are endless! This all leads to the wedding of your dreams! Surrounded by family and friends, you get to marry your best friend in the most beautiful place. With a blank canvas in the perfect setting, you can create the most perfectly simple wedding or plan the day as extravagant as you’d like.

Set up your event inside of our pavilion, outside on the patio, or open all the doors for an indoor outdoor fill. The wooden walls create offer simple elegance and allow you to decorate as little or as much as you would like. The pavilion has both heating and cooling as well as a pellet stove for ambiance and warmth. There are also two bathrooms inside. Outside the pavilion is a fully covered wrap around deck with large patio overlooking the pond. We also have lots of lodging available.

Available May - October, the Whole Resort Package is a 3 night package, perfect for those that want the full Montana Experience. With lodging for up to 50 people included, this package is by far our most popular. Enjoy a full weekend with family and friends at the Resort! Start your weekend of with a Welcome party in our bar area, relax by the fire pits and catch up with friends and family, relieve stress by setting up your reception the day before, and much more!

Perfect venue and stay
Haymoon Resort was the most perfect place we could have chosen for both our wedding and our stay. The property is absolutely stunning—peaceful, beautifully maintained, and immaculately clean. We stayed in the North Star Cabin, and it truly had everything we could have needed. It was spacious, comfortable, spotless, and so quiet—an ideal home base for such a special week. We held our wedding on the property, and most of our wedding party also stayed at Haymoon. Every single person commented on how beautiful, clean, and comfortable their cabins were, as well as how much they loved the property overall. It was so special to have everyone together in one place, surrounded by such a serene and scenic setting. Brooke, the property manager, deserves a glowing review all on her own. From the very beginning, she was incredibly helpful, responsive, welcoming, and knowledgeable. She also served as our day-of wedding coordinator and absolutely knocked it out of the park. Brooke coordinated seamlessly with our vendors, handled setup and breakdown before, during, and after the ceremony and reception, and made sure everything was returned properly to us and our vendors. Her calm, organized, and friendly presence allowed us to truly relax and enjoy every moment of our wedding day. We had the most amazing week at Haymoon Resort and the most perfect wedding day we could have imagined. We are so grateful for this beautiful place and for Brooke’s incredible support. We cannot recommend Haymoon Resort highly enough—for weddings, getaways, or any special occasion.
