Located just 20 minutes north of Madison, Harvest Moon Pond is a year-round venue that is rich in history, yet provides modern amenities to make sure you & your guests are comfortable (2 dressing rooms for getting ready, paved parking, bar service, heat/AC and more). We are not only known for our gorgeous property, but for the support tools we provide to make wedding planning easy! The venue is located in a private setting on 18 acres & has endless opportunities for photos around our picturesque landscape. We offer indoor & outdoor ceremony options, provide gorgeous farmhouse tables, have a cozy indoor fireplace & modern bar. Enjoy our patio & outdoor fireplace to create the ultimate experience. October 2023 Best Wedding Venue
Booking our wedding with Harvest Moon Pond was the best decision we made. I fell in love with the venue and the team from the moment I toured. Our day was absolutely perfect and there were so many guests that have told us it was the BEST wedding experience they have ever been to. The Harvest Moon Pond staff treated us like family every step of the way through 18 months of planning and helped make our day so perfect. We are beyond grateful Harvest Moon Pond will forever be a part of our love story. Thank you so much Stephanie, Brian, Mackenzie and the entire HMP staff and preferred vendors who made our wedding dreams come true and more.
The Best!!
Harvest Moon Pond exceeded my expectations! From timely communication, stellar support, and just being great people, I can’t recommend them highly enough. They clearly have a lot of experience, which is so helpful in the wedding planning process. The barn is gorgeous and they are always working on improvements to make it even better. The outdoor spaces for the ceremony are beautiful and provide options for couples with different tastes. Our wedding was truly magical thanks to HMP!
The Goldilocks of Wedding Venues
The Harvest Moon Pond is quite simply, the most ideal wedding venue for couples in Wisconsin. The grounds are gorgeous both inside and out, the owners and staff are unparalleled in professionalism and the care they give their couples and guests, and as a photographer I especially love the fact that couples have an option for an indoor OR outdoor ceremony (and both options are beautiful!) This last part is key. There are so many couples struggling to find a venue that can provide a back up indoor ceremony space if the weather turns and they are unable to have their ceremony outdoors. What a stress reliever, to know couples have a built in backup! On a professional level, working with the owners and staff at the Harvest Moon Pond is a joy. It always makes me jump when couples tell me their venue is the Harvest Moon Pond because I know they are going to be some of the happiest couples I work with. They are less stressed, happier and more organized due to all the help the Harvest Moon Pond gives their couples in planning the big day. With all of the amenities (the bridal suite, groom's room, outdoor patio with woodfire oven, the outdoor bar, the house on site for rent, ample onsite EASY parking for guests, the list goes on), along with the gorgeous grounds and buildings, it really is the goldilocks of wedding venues!
Couldn't ask for a better wedding venue!
As a florist, working with Stephanie and Harvest Moon Pond is a dream. The venue is gorgeous and makes it easy to elevate our clients' day with flowers. The level of care that Stephanie + team give to maintaining and constantly improving the venue is inspiring. It's clear that they have and will continue to put their soul into this place - and it's the kind of place that just feels good to be in. I love working at Harvest Moon Pond because I know my clients will be so well taken care of, and this makes my job easier. Stephanie is so organized, professional, and easy to work with.
