Gable Five is a family-owned historic estate and rustic wedding and event venue located at 1076 Clyde Borum Road in Martinsburg, West Virginia. Situated on 15 acres of rolling farm fields just a couple of miles outside of town, the property balances rich 19th-century history with fully modernized, upscale event amenities.

The Loft

The Loft is our primary indoor reception space featuring original beams, gorgeous lighting, and beautiful views with access to a stunning balcony.

The upper level of a completely renovated climate-controlled historic dairy barn. The Loft typically acts as the primary indoor reception space featuring, three bathrooms (ADA accessible), a kitchen prep area, large television, and a breathtaking outdoor balcony. The Loft at Gable Five is the property’s primary indoor reception and gathering space. It’s climate-controlled and underwent a multi-year, floor-to-ceiling restoration to turn it into an event venue while saving its 19th-century charm.
