We were extremely disappointed with our experience at the Embassy Suites by Hilton San Rafael-Marin County. From the start, their communication was very unclear and they failed to properly share our booking details with the necessary internal teams. After paying our deposit, they somehow lost our contract, which caused a major delay in getting our event confirmed. Even after "rectifying" the lost contract, they still did not properly communicate our booking to their staff, leading to our dinner being served hours later than scheduled because the hotel staff were unaware of our event. The quality of their service was simply not up to par with what we had booked and paid for. Despite the issues, the hotel did nothing to make up for their mistakes or to ensure our guests were taken care of while they went hungry waiting for their meal. Overall, we would not recommend this venue to other couples looking to host their wedding celebration.
