About this venue

Eagle's Bluff is a private, gated 27-acre peninsula with nearby Flathead Lake access in Polson, Montana, about an hour and a half from Glacier National Park. The estate hosts weddings and events for up to 150 guests. The 20,000+ sq ft Main House sleeps 20 and has a grand double-staircase entry, several indoor reception spaces, a commercial-grade kitchen, two bars, an indoor heated pool, a sauna, a gym and a theater. The Lake House is the estate's lakefront home, on the water with a private dock; it sleeps 13 and is the natural spot for welcome parties, rehearsal dinners, getting ready and guest lodging. Together the two houses sleep up to 33, so the whole wedding party can stay on site. Panoramic ceremony lawns have room for marquees, and seven garage bays give vendors space to stage.     ZJ Rentals manages both of our Flathead Lake properties, Eagle's Bluff Estate and the Lake House, and they've been fantastic. They are extremely diligent, professional, responsive and easy to work with. Guest turnovers, maintenance and communication are all handled without us having to chase anything. As owners who live out of state, that peace of mind is worth everything. I'd highly recommend them to any property owner around Polson.

    As a property owner and former property manager, I appreciate that they manage my condo like it is their own. That is very hard to find. When I call or text I always get a fast and informed response. Their knowledge and care shows ever day.

Yes, guests may bring their own alcohol when coordinated with ZJ Rentals. ZJ Rentals can also coordinate alcohol service for an additional fee, and alcohol service is allowed until 2:00 AM.
