About this venue
Drive Up & Wed is a small wedding chapel in Hurst, in the heart of the DFW Mid-Cities, built for couples who want a real ceremony without a year of planning. We've been marrying couples here since 2010. Our chapel seats up to 100 guests and shares a building with our event space, so your ceremony and reception can happen in one place with no drive between them. In-house catering is available — attended buffets built around fajitas, brisket, or chicken — along with photography, fresh florals, and cake, so you can add what you want and skip what you don't. Ceremonies start at $250. Our Signature package is $2,500 and includes a licensed officiant, four hours of photography, a fresh bridal bouquet, two cakes, and six hours in the ceremony and reception space. We can also travel to your backyard, park, or venue anywhere in DFW starting at $450. Weekdays are wide open and short notice is welcome. Come see the space — we'd rather you visit than guess.

Above and beyond customer service
This location was a game-changer for our surprise party. Rita made everything simple and straightforward from our first conversation, and her bold approach to planning gave us confidence in every decision. The venue itself is beautiful and works perfectly for any celebration you have in mind. What impressed us most was how they delivered excellent customer service without the hefty price tag that comes with other venues. We felt taken care of every step of the way, and our guests couldn't stop talking about how special the space was. We'd absolutely recommend them to any group looking for an affordable venue with a team that truly cares.

Both Karen and I have children from a previous marriage. We chose the "Sweet & Simple" plan since the only ones in attendance were our kids, and it wouldn't break the bank. Everything went well. The kids had a great time, pictures were taken, and Rita was very accommodating. Good experience all around.
