My husband and I had our wedding celebration party and post brunch at Delaire. From my initial email correspondence with the Catering Manager, Courtney, all the way through the execution of our two events, Courtney provided exceptional service! Having been a Catering Services Manager, I used to do exactly what Courtney does, so my standards were pretty high. She exceeded all of them! Her attention to detail and accommodations were top notch. She was very easy to communicate with and just made the entire planning process enjoyable and stress free. I didn’t even worry once the entire weekend of events because I knew Courtney was onsite. I was able to enjoy my events and not act as a Catering Manager. Both events went flawlessly! The food and the service provided by your team were of A quality. I have attended two other events at Delaire before, so I knew the food would be excellent. The culinary team is one of the best in the area! Courtney brought my vision to life and I couldn’t have asked for a better party. I am still on cloud nine! As long as Courtney is still at Delaire, anyone looking for a venue to host their events, should book it at Delaire!
