We have many ways to design a bar service that fits your budget and vibe. Most standard is a 4-hour open bar of either beer/wine or beer/wine/liquor. All bar service begins with a flat $500 setup fee, and beyond that, just about anything is possible. Let our team know what you're looking for, and we can work up an individual proposal.

    A Venue That Goes Above & Beyong

    There are certain venues that make you excited every time you see them on your calendar, and Cinderwood is definitely one of them! As a wedding planner, I've worked at many venues over the years, and the team at Cinderwood consistently stands out. They're organized, professional, welcoming, and truly invested in making every wedding a success. Their communication is excellent, they work seamlessly with vendors, and they always go the extra mile to create an incredible experience for their couples. The venue is absolutely beautiful, but it's the people behind it that make it so special. Their dedication, attention to detail, and genuine passion for weddings shine through in everything they do. I never hesitate to recommend Cinderwood to my couples. If you're considering hosting your wedding here, you're in wonderful hands!

    Easy to work with

    We hosted our son’s rehearsal dinner and welcome party at Cinderwood. It was amazing from the start when we visited until the lights went. Kristen and Jesse are an amazing team and so easy to work with, accommodating to our wants and last minute wish lists. Jesse made it all happen on the evening of the event. She is amazing! If you are looking for a unique place in downtown Indy. This is it. Highly recommend them. You will not be disappointed.

    Cinderwood was an absolutely beautiful place to have our wedding! They were so easy to work with and the staff was amazing! It is so bright and the lighting made everything so beautiful. Showing off the view behind us when we got married has repeatedly been an amazing part of sharing the photos. We got so many compliments about Cinderwood.
