An hour north of Atlanta, at the foothills of the Appalachians, Cavender Creek Vineyards & Winery is a working vineyard wedding with soul. Say “I do” on a lawn in the middle of the vines, then gather in an authentic old barn under a gold antique chandelier and strings of light—rustic enough to feel like home, beautiful enough to feel like forever.

The Event Barn is an authentic old barn with rustic bones and a little glow.

An authentic old barn with a large stationary bar, farm tables, wine-barrel tables, magical accent lighting, and a gold antique chandelier. Dress it up or keep it easy. Seated capacity is 140; reception style is 175.

Ceremony Lawn

The ceremony lawn, set in the middle of the vineyard, is the heart of it all.

Exchange vows in the vineyard itself, on a grassy lawn framed by rows of vines and rolling pasture beyond. The walk from ceremony to barn is short; the feeling of being among the grapes is the whole point.

The BEST place to start your wedding day.

A beautifully appointed private suite accessed from the reception space, available from 10 a.m. through the event. Soft seating, two full-body mirrors, five makeup stations with stools, six dress hooks, a mimosa table, and a small bathroom.

Yes, access to the Bridal Suite is included with all wedding packages. Time of access is determined in your event contract. Extra time is available upon request for an additional fee.

No. It is against Georgia Law to bring your own alcohol and/or consume it on the premises. This includes groomsmen flasks and drinks in the bridal suite. We will be happy to provide you with a Mimosa Station in the Bridal Suite. Please ask your event coordinator for pricing.
Yes, there are multiple parking areas on the property. A golf cart and attendant is available to assist with transportation on the property.
Yes, all our facilities are wheelchair accessible.
The Venue provides some centerpiece items for tables, a greenery wall, and black or white tabletop lanterns. Ask to see our decor items.
Yes, it is included in any event booking. You can customize it by adding your own neon or wooden sign. We hang it for you!
Yes, a guest Wi-Fi network is available. A password will be provided during your event.
The timeframe of your event and access to the Venue are communicated in your event contract. The Barn closes at 10pm in observance of the local noise ordinance. No music or event noise is permitted after hours.
Yes, we have three rentals available on or near the property. There is a two-night minimum for booking. Please inquire about a discounted lodging rate for your event.
Yes, the Tasting Room is open seven days a week but closes by 6:30pm Sunday through Thursday, and by 7pm on Friday and Saturday.
