Eat, Drink & Be Married at the Canopy by Hilton! Canopy by Hilton West Palm Beach Downtown is a bright and fun new hotel in the heart of energetic West Palm Beach. With its stunning glass façade and fiber optic art hanging in the atrium, our hotel is a destination in itself. It is located downtown within minutes of diverse dining, premier nightlife, waterfront activities and cultural attractions. Our brand new 3,060 Sq. Ft. ballroom has floor to ceiling windows overlooking downtown with fifteen foot ceilings. Enjoy 1,300 sq. ft. of pre-function reception space just outside the ballroom for your perfect cocktail hour. This space overlooks our six story atrium lobby. Your guests will be in awe of the beautifully lit banyan root art instillation that can be seen from here. The 6th floor has an outdoor terrace of 1,500 sq. ft. for your wedding ceremony. With a beautiful view of the city, surrounded by lush greenery, its the perfect place to say "I do!".

Yes, valet parking is available at the rate of $10 per car for event parking.

Yes, all our facilities are wheelchair accessible. We also have hearing-impaired fire alarm lights, and trained staff.

Your reservation includes 5.5 hours: 30 minutes for the ceremony, 1 hour for cocktail hour, 4 hours for the dinner/reception. Set up/Tear down time is subject to your specific date and your Catering Manager will advise you of those times closer to the date. Any additional time will be billed at $200++ per hour.

Our building is located 3 miles away from Palm Beach International Airport.

Yes. We require a professional coordinator for all weddings. The Canopy does not provide wedding/ceremony coordinating services. Please see the "Suggested Vendors" list for wonderful recommendations that we know and trust!

We require a $1,000 non-refundable deposit and have a schedule of deposits listed on the contract.

Yes. This minimum is solely based on the discretion of the Catering Manager which is dependent on the day of week, month and guest count.

The Canopy offers 1 bedroom suites and a 2 bedroom suite. Both of these are perfect to host your friends & family for getting ready the day of! Ask your Catering Manager for pricing & availability.
