Our wedding weekend at Broken Sound was truly perfect. From the planning process through the event itself, the team delivered an incredibly polished, thoughtful, and seamless experience.

Jade, our event manager, was phenomenal from day one. She was organized, responsive, flexible, and genuinely invested in making sure everything was exactly how we envisioned it. She welcomed my involvement in details like the floor plan and menu tweaks, always approached things with a solution mindset, and handled everything calmly and efficiently. Even when we had to pivot the ceremony indoors due to weather, the transition was handled beautifully and the room was transformed so seamlessly that many guests had no idea it had been a backup plan.

The food deserves its own standing ovation. We heard from countless guests that it was the best wedding food they had ever had. The pasta wheel and sushi station were huge hits, the mini passed espresso martinis were a favorite, and passing desserts instead of plating them was such a fun touch that guests loved.

One thing that stood out was how thoughtfully the team handled allergies and dietary needs. One of my guests is pregnant and celiac, and the staff went out of their way to make sure she was taken care of throughout the night. That level of attention meant so much to us.

Across the board, the staff were warm, professional, proactive, and genuinely kind. I felt completely taken care of all weekend.

Broken Sound exceeded our expectations in every way, and we are so grateful we chose it for such an important moment in our lives. I would recommend it wholeheartedly to any couple planning their wedding.
