NEWLY REMODELED! 413 on Wacouta is perfectly designed to help create life-long memories of your wedding ceremony and reception. First, relax in our hospitality suites and get ready for the big day right on-site. Once it’s time for photos, the unique and beautiful architecture inside and out of 413 will create images that will take your breath away. From our 19th-century brick alley, rooftop overlooking the city and the brick arches in the skyway, you’ll find a plethora of top photo spots. In addition, Mears Park, a very popular spot for wedding pictures, is just down the street. Lastly, it’s time for your ceremony and reception, and because 413 offers two separate rooms you and your guests don’t have to wait around between the two events. Further, you will love the ceremony room which is stunning even without extra décor and our reception room is filled with charm, offers adjustable color lighting and has a dance floor!

Lower Level Reception Suite

Our Reception Room is St. Paul decor at it’s finest!

Brick walls, exposed wood beams, industrial piping, and historic photos bring out the character of this room. The lighting dims and changes color to match whatever color scheme you are using, we can even do two colors at once. Accessible by elevators, it also has a bar, dance floor, and conveniently located restrooms. All of which add up to make this the best room to celebrate in!

    413 on Wacouta is such an amazing venue and it was perfect for our wedding! The building has so much character we really didn’t need to do a ton of extra decorating and just let the spaces shine. It has a very Beauty and the Beast, speakeasy vibe which made for a beautiful and romantic setting. We had a little over 100 people which I felt fit the space well. Victoria is so much fun and was really wonderful to work with also! She sent photos and videos she had taken throughout the day and was such an asset in ensuring our day was special and ran smoothly. 10/10 I highly recommend if you are looking for an intimate, romantic downtown setting with a ton of charm!

    We had our wedding here and it was the best day ever! The coordinator, Victoria, was a dream to work with! She was responsive, helpful, and helped make our day go so smoothly! The place itself required little decor as the bricks and natural elements were so cute! The space layout was great for people to enjoy food, dancing, and convenient to move between the ceremony and reception! And the rooftop photos were such as unique experience and a way to have a private moment as a couple! 10/10

    This venue and the team that works there are fantastic! Communication was clear and timely with the team. The venue itself is gorgeous and does not need many decorations. Not to mention the multiple places you can get photos taken nearby and in the building. We got married here in October and it was perfect! Highly recommend for a wedding or any larger event you would host!

    The venue itself has a speakeasy vibe we loved. It was affordable and included all of the things we were looking for. We loved all of the photo opportunities (the building has beautiful exposed brick, and Mears park is right around the corner). We especially loved the rooftop and skyline photos. Victoria, the venue manager, was so accommodating and helpful. She helped us organize a micro ceremony in the reception space, helped set up, and even captured and shared pictures and videos of our day with us. She went above and beyond to help make our day special and individualized to us.
