Without A Hitch specializes in event rentals and wedding management. Husband and Wife duo, Austin and Kelsey created Without A Hitch Event Decor Co. in 2020 after seeing a need for more decor rental businesses. While planning their own wedding, Kelsey often asked herself why people spent so much time and money accumulating and storing decor, transporting items, and setting up/tearing down their own decor. This can add extra stress on a day that you should be able to fully enjoy. Which is why Without A Hitch offers wedding management, full styling, delivery, set up and tear down. We pride ourselves in providing services that fit your needs.

Without A Hitch offers a wide variety of services tailored to your event. Need a lot of assistance? We're happy to provide guidance with our wedding management services. Do you enjoy DIY projects but need help with those special pieces? Hand select the items that you're missing. No rental is too big or too small. Don't want to lift a finger on your wedding day? We've got you covered with delivery, set up and tear down services. Does your venue allow access all week? You're more than welcome to pick up your rental items and decorate with family and friends throughout the week.

Our wedding management pricing begins at $1,750. Services provided before your wedding include 2-3 formal meetings, vendor communication, timeline creation, rehearsal assistance. On your wedding day, we will provide 12 hours of service including vendor management, decor set up and tear down, processional assistance, family photograph organization, dinner dismissal, and more.

    I used WAH for my wedding and I was extremely satisfied with the entire service. Kelsey acted as our decorator and day of coordinator. She was the best person I can think of to help bring my wedding to fruition. She listened to what I wanted my wedding to look like and helped make it happen. She found amazing decor, was calm and collected, and brought everything together so well. I've recommended her countless times and I will continue to do so moving forward as she knows exactly how to handle every situation. Without a Hitch is by far one of the best choices you can make for your big day!

    As a planner, I love working with Without A Hitch Décor (Kelsey). We have worked multiple weddings together and a styled shoot. Kelsey thinks of everything and has a great eye for design. If you have he beginning of an idea, Kelsey can help you complete it. Even if you have no idea at all, she can guide you through ever aspect of the wedding to make a cohesive design. Kelsey takes her time during the design consultation and makes you think of things you might not have thought of. She also has the cutest stuff!!
