Description	For weddings hosting 100 guests or less, within a 50 mile radius of Patriot, OH. We will meet with you, coordinate your rehearsal as well as coordinate your wedding day for 8 hours. This package includes two coordinators for your special day!

She Thinks of Everything!
We couldn’t have asked for a better wedding day planner. Amber was organized, thoughtful and attentive to all the small details throughout the day. She made sure everything flowed smoothly from the rehearsal to the ceremony to the reception. We truly couldn’t have done it without her. We would highly recommend her to anyone planning a wedding!

Our wedding was April 18, 2026. Amber was AMAZING to work with, timely, cordial but firm to make sure everything went as planned, and worked hand in hand with our photographer and videographer to make sure our day went without a hitch, other than ours . Amber met months ahead of time with us to see our vision, make a game plan, and enact on our wishes. Where Amber has so much past experience, if she knew something would be difficult or to be cautious with certain factors she told us up front so if we needed to pivot we had time to make a game plan. My husband and I also spoke with our photographer and videographer to make them aware we had a wedding coordinator and passed socials between the parties so they could work behind the scenes together. Amber was also apart of our rehearsal day and made sure all our family, wedding party, and staff for our wedding day were informed and ready for their part in our day. No matter how many times we wanted to rehearse a portion she was game and supportive! She also checked on us to make sure we were good and if we needed anything at all for our big day! For our wedding day, we had Amber arrive just before our photographer and videographer to make sure that everything they needed was ready to go and in place for them. She also helped us perfectly execute a first look with both our father and mother respectively, as well as, a "fake first look" for the Groom where it was his Best Man pretending to be me. We would highly recommend Amber and her staff for everyone's wedding! Our special day could not have gone any better!
