Exceptional Wedding Planner
Shannon was absolutely amazing! She made the entire wedding planning process and the wedding day itself feel so easy. She was always organized, responsive, and on top of every detail, which allowed us to truly enjoy the experience. Everyone is still raving about our wedding, and we honestly wouldn’t change a single thing. We couldn’t recommend Shannon more!

An Exceptional Planner and a True Joy to Work With
We have had the privilege of working alongside Shannon for more than a decade, and she is truly one of the very best in the business. Her level of service, professionalism, organization, and care is exceptional from beginning to end. Shannon creates incredibly thoughtful timelines that allow a wedding day to flow beautifully without ever feeling overly managed or rushed. She understands how every part of the day works together, anticipates needs before they arise, communicates clearly with the entire vendor team, and handles every detail with confidence and grace. As photographers, that makes an enormous difference—not only in the experience of the couple and their families, but also in our ability to create the very best work possible. We have also witnessed Shannon navigate the kind of situation that truly reveals the caliber of a planner she is. When a hurricane impacted the entire city—leaving venues without power, disrupting travel, and making the original wedding location completely unusable—she moved the entire celebration to a new venue and rebuilt every last detail in just 72 hours. The ceremony, reception, vendor logistics, guest experience, timeline, design, and countless moving pieces were all reworked seamlessly. What she pulled off was nothing short of incredible. She remained calm, decisive, and completely focused on her couple while coordinating an extraordinary pivot under immense pressure. It was also a true testament to the trusted team of vendors she has built around her. Everyone came together, collaborated, and executed at such a high level—and the wedding felt so seamless and beautifully realized that it was later featured in a magazine. Beyond her expertise, Shannon is simply a joy to work with. She brings warmth, fun, and incredible energy to every celebration while remaining polished, composed, and completely professional. Her couples are able to be fully present and enjoy their wedding because they know she has everything handled. THE BEST EVER
Working with Shannon Events was an absolute dream from start to finish. Shannon's communication style was direct and efficient, always getting back to us quickly with thoughtful feedback that kept our planning on track. She had a genuine passion for our vision and worked tirelessly to bring every detail to life while keeping our best interests at heart. She brought such joy and energy to the entire planning process that it never felt stressful. She has awesome connections to set you up with amazing photographers, videographers, makeup teams etc. on the wedding day. On our wedding day, Shannon's organizational skills really shined as she coordinated everything flawlessly behind the scenes, allowing us to relax and enjoy the celebration. We felt like we received luxury-level service from someone who truly cared about making our day special, and we couldn't recommend her more highly!
