Pine Hill Events LLC is a full-service special event company planning events for corporate/business, private/social, and non-profit/fundraising. We help manage, organize, plan, and execute events with a personal touch and great attention to detail. Jean Kintisch, owner/founder of Pine Hill Events LLC, has a degree from Cornell University, Department of Communication and has more than thirty years of event planning experience. With a background in professional event fundraising and consumer product public relations, Jean provides her clients friendly, personal service. A Philadelphia native, Jean lives in the western suburbs.

Pine Hill Events does not offer any set package pricing. We are proud to offer as much or as little help as our clients need. Every quote is customized and you only pay for the hours we actually work.

    Jean was a truly EXCEPTIONAL day-of coordinator! She helped us tremendously in the planning stages at the two month mark, and then in the two weeks leading up to the event. She was locked and loaded to assist with vendors and appeared at any moment you needed her, even when you didn’t know that you did! When the plans changed (as they do at weddings!), she was always ready with a proposal to adjust. The day wouldn’t have been as stress-free and enjoyable if it wasn’t for Jean! Thanks, Jean!

    Working with Jean made my wedding day such a breeze. During our first walk-through, she came prepared with questions I never would have thought of; she's clearly thought of everything. After that first meeting, I felt so much more relaxed knowing we were in good hands. She absolutely killed it the day-of, making sure everyone was in communication and knew exactly what to do. Beyond that, she really got to know us as a couple and made sure she got our vibe right for the day. She has a relaxed energy that makes it feel like everything will be okay. I highly recommend working with Jean, especially if you want a relaxed vibe on your wedding day.

    Jean from Pinehill Events was wonderful. She was calm, kind, professional and solved every problem we brought to her-- big and small. She offered guidance, gave great advice and promptly came up with creative and useful solutions. She responded quickly to every email and phone call and was present at our wedding to manage our day, so we could enjoy ourselves and celebrate with our guests. I didn't know how much organization and planning was required for a wedding beforehand and I am so thankful that I chose to hire Pinehill Events to help because Jean made the process so much smoother and kept us on track. She was able to respond to every wedding-related curveball (Covid!) and calmly took care of all the details when we had to move our large reception at the last minute. In addition to planning the large reception, she aided us in creating a wonderful mini-reception on the day we got married and also assisted in planning a last-minute engagement ceremony for my Mother-in-Law who was suddenly diagnosed with terminal cancer several months before our wedding. Cost-wise, we felt that Pinehill Events was very reasonable and couples have control over how much they choose to use their services, which is very nice. In sum, Jean is not only highly capable and responsive to every question and concern, she is just so sweet and is a wonderful person to have by your side when planning a wedding (or really any large event). I would have lost my mind without her and my husband and I are so grateful to her for all her help!
