Unfortunately not worth it
I do not leave negative reviews lightly, but unfortunately my experience with Megan as our day-of coordinator was extremely disappointing. Even before the wedding day itself, communication was frustrating. During planning calls, I often felt like I could not clearly communicate what I wanted for my own wedding because Megan constantly interrupted me to talk about what other couples had done at recent weddings she coordinated. Instead of listening and helping bring our vision to life, many conversations felt centered around other weddings rather than ours. I held out hope that she would come through for our wedding day, but unfortunately that did not happen. On the wedding day, communication and professionalism continued to be major issues. Megan arrived around 1 PM for our 3 PM ceremony, and despite being hired as our day-of coordinator, she did not assist with setup. Nearly all setup responsibilities fell on me, my mom, and my bridal party while we were already trying to prepare for the ceremony. Throughout the day, Megan was rude and dismissive not only toward me and my husband, but also toward our parents, bridal party, and guests. One comment that especially upset me was when she told my maid of honor that it would “look terrible in pictures” because I had 4 bridesmaids while my husband had 6 groomsmen. That was completely unnecessary and inappropriate to say on someone’s wedding day. There were also several organizational issues that added unnecessary stress. She sent the bridal party down the aisle to the wrong song during the ceremony, repeatedly stated that certain responsibilities were “not her job” without clearly communicating expectations beforehand, and even lost the Labubus we had planned to use for our Labubu toss. To end the night, she yelled at our guests to get in line for the exit, which felt incredibly unprofessional and left a bad final impression on many people who attended. A wedding day coordinator should help create a calm, organized, and welcoming environment where the couple feels heard and supported. Unfortunately, our experience was the exact opposite. I cannot recommend her services.

Above and Buond with ZERO Stress
I hired Megan as my coordinator and I couldn’t have made a better choice! She was OUTSTANDING! She took care of everything and went above and beyond for our wedding. I truly couldn’t recommend her and her team enough! Shout out to her incredible assistant Lauren who also went above and beyond the call of duty, especially with helping get the kids to the babysitter after the ceremony. These ladies truly want to make this day so so easy for brides and I couldn’t be more grateful for all their hard work! If you want someone who truly is there to make sure your day is perfect, hire Megan and her team. You won’t regret it!!!
