We alleviate the stress and plan with intention with our ultimate goal of our clients’ becoming guests at their own event. We believe in love, while keeping our services low and our standard high. We are a versatile group of planners and coordinators with experience from the beaches of San Diego to Walt Disney World properties. We love creating magic for our couples and cultivating lifelong friendships. We believe in pixie dust, cake, and that love is love! We service Austin and the Southern California areas and do not require any travel fees or expenses.

    Stacy & her team are one-of-a-kind! I was picky with who we chose to go with for coordination, and we struggled finding the right planner because of our Indian family traditions but Stacy is well versed with South Asian weddings. Our wedding was a 3-day event in San Diego, California and she KILLED IT. From the sangeet, to the ceremony, the reception, and even the farewell brunch -- Stacy handled everything, so I didn't have a worry in the world. She is the sweetest person to ever exist, and she truly, truly cares about wanting your wedding to be perfect. We are so thankful, and our wedding was beautiful thanks to Kadence Bridal Collective!

    As a wedding planner, sometimes you have to outside for design, style or even just extra help for day of coordination. I had the pleasure of hiring Kadence Events while working a wedding at Walt Disney World. This wedding was held at the Grand Floridan inside their Wedding Pavilion with their reception inside the Contemporary resort. I worked along Stacy and Stephanie and it was amazing to have extra help executing all the design elements. Kadence Events is very familiar with Disney World weddings from resort locations to dessert parties. It’s a no brainer as a bride to hire this company for extra help! Stacy and Stephanie were amazing to work with and to all those Disney World brides- reach out to Stacy to make sure your wedding runs smoothly!

    Run, don't walk and hire Kadence Events ASAP! I guarantee you will NOT find a better team. We were married December 2022 in Orlando, and they are literally the fairy Godmothers of wedding planning. Stacy was the calm in the storm during a chaotic time and took charge the Day-Of. She is extremely organized, an expertise in her field, and multi-talented. She steamed my dress the morning of the wedding, bustled it after the ceremony, and even made sure my veil beat all odds. Her background in bridal fashion came in handy but overall, she's just the greatest human being, and SO MUCH FUN. We thoroughly enjoyed working with her!

    We hired Kadence Events for our 2/22/22 wedding, and Stacy was BEYOND AMAZING! She became my BFF throughout the process, and if she wasn't my wedding planner at the time, she single handedly would have been a bridesmaid. Our wedding flowed perfectly because Stacy and her team were there to make sure everything went off without a hitch. I have a very type-A personality so it was hard for me to relinquish "control" over certain aspects, but Stacy delivered. If I could get all over married again, I'd hire Kadence Events in a heartbeat!
