Grace made my day absolutely amazing! As a DIY bride, it was so important to me that I found a day of coordinator who I trusted wholeheartedly to take my vision and last nine months of planning and make it happen. Grace checked in with me months before the big day, and especially within the upcoming month to make sure she knew the ins and outs of everything I had planned. The day of, she showed up and immediately went into action. The day ran so smoothly and it was because of Grace and her assistant/bestie, Tarynn. I highly recommend booking with Grace because of her creativity, responsibility, and commitment to making your day the best it can be!

Grace was truly a joy to work with for our wedding. On the big day, she handled every detail effortlessly—coordinating with our vendors, keeping everything running smoothly, and making sure my family and I could just enjoy the celebration. We also have extensive experience working with couples on a tight budget, helping them maximize their vision without compromising beauty and qualify. We love creating weddings that have personalized touches, to truly reflect the authentic love story of each couple.

Yes! Our Full-Service package includes access to our full decor inventory at no extra cost. The inventory consists of minimal decor items, with things like placemats, hurricane vases, and lanterns. While it's not enough to replace renting or purchasing your primary decor, these pieces can serve as versatile extras to enhance your design. We also offer custom faux floral arrangements and custom signage at an additional charge.

Not at all! While we have a trusted network of vendors we love working with, you’re free to choose your own vendors. If you need help, we’re happy to recommend vendors that fit your style, budget, and vision.

We recommend booking as soon as possible to ensure availability—ideally 6-12 months before your wedding for full planning and 3-6 months for coordination. However, we’re happy to accommodate shorter timelines—we’ve even planned a wedding in just one month! For the best results, we suggest booking early so we can take our time to find the best options for your budget.

Hiring a planner or day-of coordinator ensures that your wedding day goes smoothly and is stress-free. As professionals, we manage all the details—from finding vendors and deciding on tablescapes to handling all the tiny details in between—so you can focus on enjoying your special day.
