About Cortes Event Co.
Carrie Cortes
We are a Christian based, full-service wedding and event company. We offer planning and coordinating services, event rentals and decor, and fresh or faux flowers. We can also bundle other vendor services like DJ's, photographers, bakers, and hair stylists/makeup artists for an all-inclusive package.
What sets us apart is that we not only plan your wedding, but we can help you cut cost by offering some (or all) of your event decor and flowers. We have a growing line of faux, silk arrangements available for rent. We also have a team of vendors that we partner with to be able to do an all-inclusive package so you don't have to worry about contracting with multiple vendors.

Complete setup and breakdown can be quoted. | Partial planning is 6 months of planning, including vendor selection, step-by-step planning guide, and day-of management. Includes ceremony and reception decorating. Complete setup and breakdown can be quoted. | One month prior to your event, your day-of coordinator will begin confirming with all of your booked vendors, create your day-of timeline, and be there to manage the rehearsal. Mrs. Carrie was an absolutely wonderful host—she was organized, incredibly helpful, and such a pleasure to work with. She had everything set up beautifully, and you could truly see the care and attention to detail she put into making the day special. Thanks to her and the beautiful venue, everything flowed perfectly, allowing us to relax and enjoy such an important day with our family and friends. Years ago I attended a wedding that Carrie did. It was amazing!!! It was a small intimate wedding that she made perfect with every small touch and detail. This year my daughter was getting married and we called Carrie. She did amazing work again. The small touches, the beautiful lines she can make a dream come true.
