I plan weddings, showers, and corporate events with ease and attention to detail. Whether you need full-service planning or just day-of coordination, I handle timelines, vendors, and logistics so you don’t have to. Just tell me your vision—I’ll bring it to life, stress-free.

I never take more than one wedding per day to ensure each couple gets my full attention. However, I do take multiple weddings in a weekend, as long as I can give each the time and care it deserves.

The time we spend together depends on the package you choose. Full Planning: We’ll work together regularly throughout the entire planning process, with ongoing meetings, design consultations, and unlimited communication. Month-of: We’ll connect a few times in the months leading up to your day, with more frequent check-ins starting 4-6 weeks out. Day-of Coordination: We’ll begin working together about 2–4 weeks before your wedding to finalize details and ensure a seamless event. No matter the package, I’m here to support you every step of the way.

At Bella Poggio Events, I operate as a dedicated team of one—meaning you’ll work directly with me from start to finish. This ensures a highly personalized and consistent experience throughout the planning process. For larger events or weddings with more complex logistics, I bring in trusted assistants or event staff as needed to ensure every detail is covered and the day runs seamlessly. You get the benefit of hands-on service with the support of a well-managed team behind the scenes when it counts most.
