Wedding photographer with 10 years of experience specializing in documentary and editorial images that capture real connection and emotion. I value presence, ease, and documenting your day as it truly unfolds.

I have a background in mental health and counseling. This means that I am able to be a calm, grounding presence on the day of the wedding. I also value your story, both individually and as a couple. My desire is to make my couples feel seen for the beauty of who they uniquely are. I combine documentary and editorial style as a luxury wedding photographer. This means I capture real moments while also creating space for artistic images. If you value both artisty and story, I'm the photographer for you.

    Emily’s family as a whole are great mentors in Naya’s life. Also Emily took Naya’s senior pictures in high school! So when thinking about who we would want to take pictures for our wedding day, it was no question that it was her. Our photos turned out so crisp and colorful while still having a ton of moody contrast ones. More than anything we love how when you look through the album it looks like you are watching the day unfold rather than just poses. Emily and Taylor were professional, punctual, and easy to work with. We highly recommend them

    The Vickermans did SUCH a great job with our wedding photography! They captured the day in a way that felt authentic, special, and so beautiful! They are both so positive and kind and really made my husband and I feel comfortable and confident throughout the whole day! :) Emily and Taylor did an amazing job capturing our wedding and delivered a ton of stunning pictures! They listened to our wants and worked with us to make sure everything turned out how we hoped! We are so happy with our everything turned out!

    Emily was such a great choice for photography throughout the whole process of engagement and wedding. She was organized, and always on top of everything. I never had a reason to worry about the work she was doing or the quality of her work. Specifically on the day of the wedding, her and her husband (the second shooter) were incredible. They made sure everything was running on time, all of the pictures I wanted were taken, and that all of the right people were in the right places at the right times. It truly allowed me to enjoy my day and know that everything was so well taken care of. Not to mention, I cannot express how happy I am with the pictures themselves. Emily knew how to capture everything so perfectly, and allowed us to have the best memories in picture form. We will always recommend Vickerman Visuals!!
