    BEAUTIFUL photo & video!

    We love the look and quality of their photos and the affordable price of the photo / video package. They were very quick with responding which is super helpful when you’re emailing a million people at a time during wedding planning and planning and prep with the Inman’s was easy and efficient. Our photos are BEAUTIFUL! They capture the charm of the venue, the joy from all our family and friends, and the love between my husband and I. We also received our photos SO quickly and got to browse through them on our honeymoon which was amazing. The Inmans were knowledgeable, professional, and created a very enjoyable experience. They’re young and hip and really understand what couples want from their wedding photos & videos these days. Wedding day was perfect! Not to mention Ashley was pregnant and still didn’t miss a beat all day!!

    Best Photography & Videography in VA

    The Inmans Photo and Video was so professional and organized from the first inquiry to the last photos of the night at the wedding. These folks have thought of EVERYTHING. They sent great reminder emails, set up phone meetings, checked in periodically which was so helpful as a stressed out bride! Ashley and Camden did a beautiful job with our photos that we will cherish forever. I am so glad we found them and I would highly recommend working with them for your bridal and wedding needs or any photos you plan to have made.

    So in love!!!

    The Inmans Photo and Video were an absolute joy to work with! From the moment we put an inquiry in to the actual day, they were nothing short of amazing to work with! While we didn't have Ashley and Camden (the owners) for our big day, their team was incredible. I have nothing but great things to say about their professionalism, their communication to each other and us, and how they made us feel as calm and at peace as you possibly can be on your wedding day! If you have the chance to book and work with The Inmans Photo and Video, you absolutely should! Our big day wouldn't have been the same without them and their help, guidance, and encouragement throughout the planning process made a world of difference!!!

    Pick them!!

    They are truly amazing! They are efficient with emailing back, and efficient with getting pictures taken fast so you can enjoy your wedding day! Ashley and Camden went above and beyond with my wedding photos and video, my husband and I couldn’t be happier! We got our wedding photos back 2 days after our wedding, talk about fast! If you choose them you won’t be disappointed. They will bring you so much joy with how they capture your favorite day!

    Photo and videos to treasure forever

    We looked at a lot of wedding photography and saw a lot of photos that didn't wow us. The Inmans' style immediately appealed to us, and our interactions with Ashley confirmed that it was a great fit. The Inmans were very responsive throughout, and we never had to wait long for an answer to a question. We were worried about awkward interactions with a photographer, but the Inmans were great at making us feel comfortable posing for photos or being photographed candidly. Planning was very smooth, they helped us get an early outline of a wedding day schedule and were flexible with any changes we wanted to make. The photos perfectly capture the joy of the day. They look natural and airy, and we will treasure them for the rest of our lives.

We'll provide guidance on which package is best for your wedding plans, then we require a signed contract and flat rate $1000 deposit to make it official - all done online on an easy-peasy portal link that will house all your contracts, invoices, and questionnaires throughout the process.
There is a 6% sales tax and 2.75% credit card fee. For weddings within Virginia, travel is included. To have your engagement session outside of Richmond, there is a small travel fee. All fees are noted on your contract, so you don't have to worry about any extra costs popping up later.
We're fully licensed, insured, and drone pilot certified, and can provide your venue or any other vendors with a copy of any documents they need (as well as adding them as additionally insured if they require it).
After your $1000 deposit, 50% of the remainder is due 6 months out, and the rest due 30 days before the wedding. You can make partial payments towards those totals whenever you'd like, as long as the deadlines are met.
All of our cameras have dual card slots in case of corruption. When we get home from your wedding, we back up all your photos and videos to 2 physical drives and 1 cloud storage, and also keep the cards in a safe place until the wedding is delivered. Your photo and video galleries will also host your final images and videos for up to 10 years.
If something happens and we are unable to make it to the wedding, our team is comprised of 10 photographers and videographers who can take over at a moment's notice - and we're also part of a network of hundreds of colleagues we can contact to step in for us if necessary. We have your back no matter what!
For our camera geek friends ☺ For photo, we shoot with the Canon R6. For video, we shoot with the Sony a7S III and a Mavic 2 Pro drone (always in 4k!). We also use a variety of professional grade lighting and audio systems.
