    Her work is timeless!

    We had an incredible experience with Sue! She captured beautiful pictures of my husband and me for our anniversary. Neither of us is particularly comfortable in front of the camera, but she made us feel at ease throughout the entire session. Weddings are emotional. I’ll be focused on capturing the warmth, love, emotional moments, laughter, happy tears, and all the moments that make your day the magical and exciting event that it is. It also allows me to capture emotional moments. But if needed, I’m there to guide you and help you wherever I can. My mission is to provide you with photos that give you butterflies, so I’ll let you know the most flattering poses and tell you where to put your hands,etc.
Yes! I travel far and wide for weddings, elopements, and engagement sessions! My destination weddings, elopements, and engagement sessions come with travel included! So you don’t have to worry about any of the logistics. Let’s just focus on having a good time, at the place that means the most to you!!
I believe that an engagement session is the best way for us to get to know one another better with a camera around. It’s also time for you to find your natural photo flow and get comfortable being in front of my camera - this time is really the best test run before your wedding day.
If it's your wedding day, rain shouldn't be a reason to get sad. Buy a few nice umbrellas in advance, we’ll think about other locations as a backup for the photo shoot and have lots of fun! I believe that everything is fixable.
Of course. Fortunately, in the last many years, I have never needed to find a replacement or have been sick on a wedding day, but rest assured you are covered no matter what. I am always prepared for the unexpected and should either of us be unable to attend, I would do everything in my power to find a suitable replacement of similar quality and experience.
For smaller weddings and elopements a 2nd shooter is not necessary, for weddings, with 60+ guests a 2nd shooter is recommended, and more than 90 - are necessary. I shoot most of my weddings alone and feel super comfortable doing so! However, if you plan to get ready in separate locations and the logistics don't allow for only 1 shooter, a 2nd is required.
If you think I'm the perfect fit for you, please contact me to get more information about collections and start the booking process. Once you have selected your photo collection and are ready, I will prepare your contract which will guide you through the package and send you bank account details to pay the advance online. As soon as I receive your signed contract and fee, the date will be booked in the calendar and my services will be booked!
For weddings, I require a non-refundable 40% deposit at the time of booking to keep your date, with the remainder due one week before the wedding. Would you like to book with a 20% deposit? Payment in 4 installments is also available for weddings booked 6 months or more in advance. Contact me for more information. For sessions, I require a 50% non-refundable deposit at the time of booking to hold your date and the remaining 50% on the day of your shoot.
If you’ve already put a deposit down on a date and then have to move/cancel it, the deposit is non-refundable and a new deposit will have to be made to hold your new date. I do this because I already have saved your date from any other potential clients and if we move your date I essentially lose money.
Within a few days, I’ll share a small selection of photos to give you an idea of what to expect. The full set of photos will be sent to you within 6 weeks. Sometimes earlier, depending on the season.
I’ll send you a link to an online gallery with all your edited photos, that you can download easily and share with your family and friends. The link to the online gallery will be available for one year.
Honestly, editing is just half the process/magic that goes into images, and without that huge step, the images are only halfway done. This is the sole reason why I do not give out RAWs. I promise to never leave out any photo you’ll want/need, and if you feel I missed delivering a photo, just ask! I’m more than happy to check back on my images and send them over to you, I won’t let you miss out on any memories.
Every image I deliver to clients is color-corrected, cropped, and edited. I pay special attention to details and want the images in your gallery to be a final product and not need any extra retouching or editing. I believe images should always appear natural and never look as though they have been retouched - so our images are edited naturally, including blemish removal and slight touch-ups if an image requires it. However, If clients request extensive retouching beyond the normal scope of editing, I do offer additional services on request.
