I’ve had the privilege of working with couples across various destinations, bringing my energy and passion to every celebration. Raised in New Orleans, and now based out of Alabama & Michigan, servicing multiple regions. I believe in creating a genuine connection with my couples, making them feel relaxed, heard, and truly seen on their big day.     Book Shelby! 10/5 stars! AMAZING!

    ***LONG REVIEW! Not Sorry! The photos I have of our day are far better than I could have imagined and Shelby was the best to work with. It is not just the amount or the quality of the photos you get with Shelby, but her customer service is above and beyond. She met with me in person 3 times to help settle my nerves and I couldn't have been more grateful. Shelby was so understanding and no vision I had was too outlandish or too much trouble. She communicated in a transparent, deliberate way, but was never pushy or disrespectful. I interviewed multiple photographers and truly, we just meshed well together. Shelby is unique and her sparkle really shines during the chaos, handling it like a BOSS! We had a military wedding and let me tell you, she handled it. I learned that she also only takes 3-4 weddings a month to really prioritize her clients and let me tell you, it shows so much! She got us sneak peaks within a week and the full gallery was delivered in 4 weeks. Look, I could have easily been classified as an "intense" bride and Shelby reassured me all day and reminded me that I was allowed to enjoy my day. Truly, I didn't just hire a photographer that day, I hired a trusted friend and we have already planned our 5 year anniversary photos in Italy with her. I know this review is a lot, but if you are looking for a photographer (that essentially has the 2nd MOST IMPORTANT role on your wedding day), that will give you more than a camera click and congratulations email, then SHELBY IS YOUR GIRL!!! Just talk to her! She shoots you straight and can help so much! Also, last thing, she respected our privacy. Our gallery was delivered via USB because we can't have personal photos of my husband on the internet. You will also not see them anywhere on her socials or website and they were not shared with other vendors, per our request. Yes, military family here. We trust her and you can too.

    Shelby is AMAZING! Hire her!

    Hiring Shelby was hands down the best decision we made for our wedding! Not only did she fly 3 hours to be at our family's home, she came ready to roll. We had a small backyard wedding, and the space was intimate, and full of love. We felt so comfortable with Shelby, like we had an old friend documenting our day. Our family and friends also felt the same. Shelby made everyone feel seen and celebrated, creating a space where love was the only thing that mattered. She even handled a little family drama like a CHAMP. Every photo she took told a part of our story and we’ll cherish them forever. If you want someone who brings energy, creativity, and so much heart to your big day, look no further. Shelby made our intimate backyard wedding feel like something extraordinary. We love her!

Typically, couples book me about 6-12 months before their wedding date if I have the availability. I encourage you to reach out as soon as possible about my availability, even if you’re planning on a shorter time frame.
Absolutely! All final images will be edited for color, saturation, exposure, and sharpness to ensure they look beautiful. I do also fix minor blemishes, fabric folds, and background noise, but I do not alter your physical state or appearance, keeping true to your authentic look on your day.
With my minimum wedding and elopement packages, you can expect AT MINIMUM 100-200 images delivered in a final gallery. The longer the day or the more events I cover, the more images you receive. I DO NOT have a photo quantity cap.
Understanding the importance of this question for many couples, I try to ensure that in the event of an emergency or an unforeseen circumstances that keep me from being there at your wedding, I find another photographer to cover your wedding.
Depending on what season we are in, it takes 4-6 weeks for a full wedding gallery.
I do! If your venue requires proof of this, please let me know in our first or second consultation.
YES! Yes! YESSSSS!!!! I love traveling, it is in my blood. Anywhere you want to go, I'm 99.9% also willing to go. I do charge flat rate travel fee's depending on distance and duration of services requested. I'm happy to explain this in our consultation.
