About Sarah McClure Photo

Sarah McClure

Destination Wedding Photographer

Let me introduce myself, I’m Sarah! I’m a goofy and sarcastically charged photographer based in Utah and I'm here to be your sidekick and third wheel on your biggest adventure yet! I will put my heart and soul into capturing your unique and authentic love, not something posed. I'm here to document your personalities and your relationship! So if you're ready to laugh until you cry, explore a gorgeous location, and snuggle the crap out of your best pal then let's do this thaaang! I promise that we will have a blast together and we will create magic. Let's tell your story!

What’s different about me? I get it, there are hundreds of insanely talented photographers out there, so why me? I am your partner in crime! (Except we are not committing any actual crimes, I swear.) But I am here to serve you in any way that I can. I want you to be so stoked on the experience I will give you - that’s right folks, this isn’t just a photoshoot, it’s an experience. Do you need help planning your timeline? Need vendor recommendations? Bring you Starbucks or champagne while you’re getting ready? Someone to hold your dress while you pee? Someone who can assist you with ANY questions you may have - then babe, I’ve got your back!

Yes! I don’t include duplicates, blurry images, or unflattering mid-wedgie photos. I send you the best of the best and I promise to give you more than enough images so you can remember exactly what happened. Elopement galleries average 300-400 images. Wedding galleries average 600-900 images. Couples galleries average 50-100 images.
My turnaround time varies by season, I always try to turnaround photos faster than the contract time! Typically, you’ll be able to view your photos online within 8-10 weeks after your wedding.
I encourage you to reach out as soon as possible about my availability, even if you’re planning on a shorter time frame! Typically 11 months before your date is most ideal. I do everything I can to make a date work!
Absolutely! I am as involved in the planning as you would like! Fun fact - before diving into wedding photography I worked as a wedding planner for a high-end catering and events firm, so I have planned my fair share of weddings. I am your go-to person for design questions, china patterns, vendor recommendations, and more! If you’d rather I just stick to awesome photos that’s fine too!
I say embrace it! Making out in the rain makes for awesome photos. Most of the time the elements make for a gorgeous image, so I suggest we roll with it. If the weather is bad enough that it puts us in danger or threatens to ruin my gear we will work on a plan B!
