We are a husband and wife, photo + video duo based in Michigan. We got married in May of 2019 and started capturing special moments in 2020. In 2023 we welcomed our miracle baby, Henry, after 18+ months of infertility. If there is one thing that becoming parents has taught us, it is how fast time truly flies and how important it is to freeze each moment, bringing even more meaning and passion to this little biz of ours. When we aren't behind the camera, we are soaking in every memory with our boy and our wild animals at home. It is such a blessing to us, that you are here. We can't wait to meet you!

We thrive in chaos... LOL but really! We understand that no matter how much planning is done, there is always a chance that something doesn't go exactly the way you had visioned, but it is our job to go with the flow and make your day seamless with everything in our power!     We highly recommend this fabulous duo for photography and videography. Don’t hold back on adding videography, you won’t be disappointed. We felt like a priority and never felt rushed throughout the whole process. The engagement photo shoot was a fun experience in itself, they both seemed to genuinely have fun finding good shots which made it that much more enjoyable, even on a cold day. With the package we got an engagement video as well, literal tears first time watching. Magical. Not to mention everything they captured from the actual wedding day. Heather and Jordan made everything so seamless and stress free. Heather then took wonderful maternity on a windy day on Lake Michigan and then capture our little girl a few weeks later. Highly recommend!

    Jordan and Heather of Rooted Pine Media LLC were absolutely incredible to work with for our wedding day! Their communication from the very first inquiry was fantastic - they were responsive, informative, and made us feel so comfortable throughout the entire process. On the day of our wedding, they were a calming presence and made sure we stayed on schedule so we could soak in every moment. Their work is absolutely breathtaking and beautiful - the photos and video they captured truly tell the story of our special day in the most artistic and heartfelt way. Jordan and Heather have been there for the biggest moments in our lives, from maternity photos to our son's birthday, and we are so thankful to have had them there to capture life's greatest moments. We cannot recommend Rooted Pine Media highly enough!

    Heather & Jordan were an absolute dream to work with from start to finish! So incredibly communicative, kind, accommodating, and most of all delivered us the most gorgeous wedding gallery. I am in awe with how perfectly our day was captured in both photo and video. They were the most calming presence on our big day, even when a brief storm tried to put a wrench in our plans. When I look back on my wedding, hiring Rooted Pine Media was truly the best decision I ever made! I can’t recommend them enough!!!

    I cannot thank Heather or Jordan enough for the incredible memories they were able to capture in both our engagement & wedding photos!!! The photos and videos are something we will cherish for a long time to come, communication was amazing and made us feel comfortable throughout the whole process!
