I grew up in Grand Isle VT, was married in North Hero VT and live in Williston VT. I believe that there is no better place to be married than Vermont, and I can't wait to help you document and capture the memories of your ceremony that will last the rest of your life.

While my day job is as a Visual Effects Artist working on movies ant TV like Challengers, The Smashing Machine, and Widows Bay- my true artistic soul is behind the lens of a camera, capturing events and ceremonies. I want to bring my cinematic experience to your occasion, and help tell your story!

    Professional and Creative, the Perfect Combo

    I worked with Pietricola Photography for my wedding that had two venues and was spread across a preplanned walk through lower Manhattan. The locations couldn't have been more different, a dark interior for the ceremony, a boat on the river during sunset, and a walk through the city are extremely different environments that this crew handled with aplomb. Keeping up with shifting timelines, constant communication throughout the day, and restlessly chasing important moments ensured that everything on the day was captured to an exacting degree. I was beyond pleased and could not recommend them more highly. Thank you for your hard work!

    A Pleasure to Work With

    Working with David and Erica was joy. They were warm and clear in every interaction, making the planning process easy and stress-free. What really stood out is how thoughtful they were about capturing the moments that mattered.     Everything You Want In A Wedding Photographer

    My wife and I hired Pietricola Photography to photograph our wedding in April 2024 in Brooklyn, NY. We are thrilled with how the photos turned out and will cherish them forever! Dave was with us the entire wedding day and made sure to all the shots we wanted, and many that we didn’t even know we wanted. He began early in the day photographing me and my groomsmen at a barber shop for haircuts and shaves. He then moved to candids of the girls during their hair and makeup session, including special getting ready moments with the family. He was professional, friendly, and had great ideas for setting up shots that we never would have thought of! My family loved him and said how comfortable they felt around him -- we are not used to being photographed professionally, and any nerves we might have had disappeared as he made us feel at ease. Before the ceremony, Dave also took "first look" photos of my wife and I at a nearby waterfront park and helped us set up beautiful locations and poses. He definitely has an eye for scouting unique locations that will also look good on camera. Throughout the day, Dave also texted us "sneak peek" photos so we could share them to social media. Finally, during the wedding ceremony and reception, he captured all of the special moments with our family and close friends, including a video of our vows (which I am so grateful to be able to rewatch)! A few days later, Pietricola Photography also photographed our celebration party with our larger friend group at a local beer hall. He took some wonderful candid moments that really captured how much fun everyone was having. After the festivities were over, Dave quickly sent us the photos so we could share with our family and friends. Everyone commented how lucky we were to have a photographer that sent the photos so soon after the wedding! We were also so impressed with the editing skills, and could tell that they were edited with care and expertise. We highly recommend working with Dave and Erica at Pietricola Photography — they kept us at ease every step of the way so we could focus on other aspects of the wedding day, their pricing is incredibly reasonable (especially compared to other NY photography options), and they produce amazing, professional work but with a more hands on touch than you might get from a bigger company. We are so glad to know this talented husband and wife team and can't wait to work with them again for future life events that we want to remember forever. Thank you Pietricola Photography!
