What started out as a hobby, evolved into a great passion. With a camera on hand for every event, I spent my lunch money as a young kid developing films at the photo store. I became so fond of capturing as many organic moments as I can in photographs and fell in love with the idea of telling people's stories in images rather than words. I started venturing into professional photography right after my own wedding to my high school sweetheart, Erick, which was back in 2014. I LOVE everything wedding-related. My favorite to photographs are the wedding details, the bride and groom portraits and anything that will make me either cry or laugh!

I believe putting my clients' best interest first has been my strongest suit. I always want to make sure that my clients are comfortable and most of all, having fun during a session! If they would like to showcase their personalities/stories whether through specific locations, outfits and/or activities, I'm game! If they want to bring their pets to be part of the session, sure! I always try to be flexible to ensure I can accommodate their needs. Lastly, I'm super trigger-happy! I always want to make sure I capture as many memories as I can for my clients because out of the craziness of a wedding, they may not see and witness everything!

    10/10 Photographer

    Michelle was an incredible photographer! We could not recommend her enough. We did a destination wedding in Ireland and she made the process so smooth. Michelle answered all of our questions and would send follow up emails or send a link to jump on a zoom to ensure nothing fell through the cracks in the planning stage leading up to the big day. Michelle did an awesome job rallying both of our large families. Getting a group of 30 people all in one photo is no easy task and Michelle made her voice heard and got us lined up with no problems. Michelle worked with us for various locations and photo ideas we had in mind along with bringing her own creative and fun ideas to the table. Michelle checked all of our boxes for a photographer and we would absolutely use her again for future photos. She made us feel comfortable and brought out the fun effortless vibe we wanted in our photos. She is the best!

    Engagement photo shoot

    We loved our engagement photo session with Michelle! She was so fun, kind, and patient! She captured the vibe we were going for in our engagement photos and took the time to help us think through some of the poses. We took so many photos and ended up with a great collection! We cannot wait for the wedding photos with her!

    We are forever grateful we chose Michelle as our wedding day photographer. From the planning to the wedding day she was prepared & made everything so easy. Our engagement photos & wedding photos are perfect and she captured our story just the way we envisioned even including our perfect puppy Maui. She made sure to get all the important shots day of wedding & went above and beyond the entire day making sure my husband and I didn’t don’t forget any important photos.     Absolutely Beautiful Photos

    From the moment we booked with Michelle, we were impressed by her prompt communication, kind demeanor, and genuine care for ensuring our wedding day was perfect. Michelle's calm presence helped ground me before the ceremony, and her clear passion for photography and excitement over capturing our special moments made us feel incredibly valued. The final photos were absolutely beautiful (and they arrived two weeks after the wedding!), showcasing a wonderful variety of shots that perfectly captured the joy and love of our wedding day. We could not be happier with the professional service provided by Michelle - she was truly an invaluable part of making our wedding day so special.

Typically, couples book me about 13 months before their wedding date. I encourage you to reach out as soon as possible about my availability, even if you’re planning on a shorter time frame.
Yes! All my collections include a 2nd photographer. For customized, smaller weddings, you may only need 1 photographer (ME!). Sometimes, I do bring additional non-shooting assistants depending on the size and demands of the wedding day.
After selecting all the best photos from the thousands of photos I take on your wedding day, all selected final images will be edited for color, saturation, exposure, and sharpness to ensure they look beautiful. I also offer basic retouching services like blemish removal. Any major edits such as, but not limited to, body modifications, changing backgrounds, photoshopping certain people in or out will be subject to additional charge.
Not at this time. I prefer focusing on photography only, so you can get the best wedding pictures possible.
You can expect about 75 to 100 images per hour of photographing. But keep in mind this estimate varies depending on your wedding package, number of guests, venue type, and other factors.
I do! Just let me know if your venue requires a certificate of liability, and I’ll send that over to them.
In my 12 years of experience as a wedding photographer, I’ve never cancelled a booking. In the very rare event that I’m unable to photograph your wedding, I’ll make sure you’re covered by one of my trusted colleagues whom I worked with for years in the industry with similar styles.
My turnaround time varies by season. Typically, you’ll be able to view your photos online about 4-6 weeks after your wedding. My contract language does say up to 12 weeks from the date of your wedding to account for any unforeseen personal circumstances that may cause a delay in my editing of your images.
I use Nikon mirrorless cameras (currently Nikon Z6II and Z7II) with dual memory slots. I always use one memory card slot as a backup in case of data corruption on one memory card. I also have a variety of Nikon prime and zoom lenses that I use interchangeably throughout the day. I also have a set of Profoto flash system.
