Hey, it’s nice to meet you! I’m Urooj Syed and I’m the girl behind Komo Captures! It’s so nice to meet you. Others also know me passionately as Angel Syed. It was a nickname given to me (by my own self!) in kindergarten and it stuck ever since! You can find me in Dallas, TX but really I’m always looking for my next excuse to travel.

My goal is to capture your beautiful moments in a way that transports you right back in time. Preserving the laughter, the anticipation, the love you felt is what makes the difference between a photograph and a memory. I want to capture a little piece of time-traveling magic! Sounds crazy, I know.

    Wedding Photographs

    This lady Urooj Syed covered my son walima event on January 27, 2024. As per the contract she supposed to provide us the event photos within 8-10 from the shoot date. Unfortunately, till today i.e. May 12, 2024 she failed to deliver the event photos. The last time we heard from her on April 12, 2024 and in text message she promised to send it by April 14, 2024. Since then, she neither sent the photos nor she is responding to our telephone calls and text messages. This is height of unprofessionalism.

“I am/we are so awkward in front of the camera!” I hear this every single day, and I can’t wait to prove you wrong. I know how to pose and guide clients to make them feel relaxed while looking their very best. I use natural lighting as often as possible and make sure my sessions are intimate and fun!
I respect your privacy and allow each client to decide whether or not they want their photos displayed publicly. I’d love to show you off and your images, if you’re game. if not that’s okay too!
I believe locations make or break your shoot. I will schedule a preliminary call to discuss your thoughts and we can review examples and outfits. after that, I will provide a list of suggestions or a location guide with driving times and any associated fees so you can make an informed decision.
all of our wedding collections come with a single photographer, but you are more than welcome to add a second shooter for an additional cost.
yes! I absolutely LOVE to travel for sessions and weddings. travel fees will apply, fill out a contact form for more information.
I deliver your photos through a high-resolution online gallery. from there, you will have all of the rights to print, download and share.
it takes 2-3 weeks to get your portrait, couples or family sessions back and around 4-6 weeks to get your full wedding gallery back. don’t worry, I always send some sneak peaks.
I don’t give out any raws. I curate and edit your gallery so that it fully reflects your session or wedding day. I deliver a ton of images and I always want my clients to get a beautiful, finished product.
