About J&R Photography
Jenn & Ro
We are Jenn and Ro, a husband and wife team based out of Central Jersey. An AOL chatroom brought us together in 2003 when we were high school seniors and we got married a few years later. Shortly after our wedding, we fell in love with photography and all things wedding. As a boutique studio, we love to create a relationship with our couples that lasts throughout the entire wedding process and beyond. Our goal is to make sure you are having fun and enjoying every second of your day while we are working behind the scenes to capture every moment.
We strive to make the day all about you, your loved ones and the moments you share. Beautiful portraits are great but it's the moments that leave an everlasting impression. We give you the space to enjoy this fast paced day with your friends and family while we capture all of the memories that you will look back at in years to come.

Best photo team!
From our very first meeting, I knew we had found the perfect team to be part of our day. We are not “posy photo people” and Jenn and Ro made us feel so comfortable from the jump. It was like we were taking pictures with friends we’ve know forever! From meeting them in person at our engagement session to the wedding day, everything was seamless. They are so organized and ensured we got all of the shots we needed throughout the day and made sure to get beautiful shots of our most important guest, our dog. We cannot thank them enough for being a part of our wedding day. I highly highly recommend choosing them to photograph your wedding, you won’t regret it!

My now husband and I are both photographers who care deeply about images and what it takes to make beautiful ones. When we were deciding on a photographer for our wedding, we looked at dozens until we found J&R. We loved the type of editorial images they made - some looked like they could be in Vogue! We were so impressed with Jenn & Ro. They are incredible photogs and were such great guides for our day. Their customer service was second to none through the entire process. They really have their offerings and operations down pat. Like others said, it felt like they became friends. We loved having them share and capture our special day. Highly recommend!!

J&R Photography was the best choice for our wedding photography! From the moment we first spoke with Jenn and Ro about being one of our wedding vendors, we were immediately impressed by their friendly, and personalized communication style. They made it so easy to understand what they offer and what their photography style is (exactly what we were looking for). They truly want to be the best fit for your special day and will make sure you understand everything before booking. After we booked our date, Jenn and Ro sent us the most personalized package (including samples of their work, date night activity cards, the BEST sugar cookies personalized with our wedding date and a Starbucks gift card for wedding planning). It was the KINDEST gesture that made us feel so special and took a little bit of stress off planning! Our engagement shoot was nothing short of perfect; Jenn and Ro made us feel SO comfortable behind the camera and made us so excited for our wedding day. It was incredible getting to know them better in addition to capturing early memories. On our wedding day, they created a warm and laid-back atmosphere, making us feel like we were just having fun rather than being constantly photographed. The quality of their work is stunning - their natural, candid shots captured all the joy and special moments of our day. They sent us digital previews so quickly and even gifted us 5 8x10 prints that we came home from our honeymoon to! My cousin booked Jenn and Ro for her 2020 wedding, and I knew as soon as I saw her gorgeous photos that J&R Photography was the team for us. Five years later, we know we could not have made a better choice. We can't wait to see the rest of our photos and w e couldn't recommend them more highly!

We had the privilege of working with Jenn and Ro for our November wedding in Westchester! We would recommend them to any couple looking for a great photography team - they take beautiful photos with editing that looks very natural, captured the essence and many emotions of the day with both posed photos and candids, had everything running smoothly as much as was in their control, and were so easy and fun to work with. They listened to all the things we wanted, which included getting some fantastic outdoor shots even though it was 25 degrees! They also made us feel very comfortable in front of the camera and it shows in our pictures. The whole process with them from start to finish is incredibly thoughtful from the intro call to the engagement shoot to the wedding and finally making your album together (date night!). When we made this decision, I felt a huge weight lift. Make your life easier and book with Jenn and Ro.
