About Ivan And Diana Photography

Ivan And Diana Photography

Las Vegas Photographer

At Ivan Diana Photography, we believe in capturing the true essence of your special day. As leading Las Vegas wedding photographers, we pride ourselves on delivering images that are both fun and timeless. Our style is all about those genuine, heartfelt moments—whether it's a spontaneous dance, a quiet exchange, or a burst of laughter. We don’t just photograph weddings; we create unforgettable experiences for our clients.

Many of the couples we’ve had the pleasure of working with have not only been clients but have become lifelong friends. We cherish these relationships deeply and are grateful for the continued bond we share long after their wedding day. It’s incredibly rewarding to be part of their ongoing journey, celebrating milestones and creating more memories together. These connections are a testament to the special, personal touch we bring to our work, and they are among the most treasured aspects of what we do.

    No need to look further!

No need to look any further. Ivan and Diana are the absolute best. My husband and I were so happy to work them. Not only do they take wonderfully gorgeous and professional photos, but they knew exactly what they were doing and what to do next. They had plenty of patience and communicated well with us. (We even met for coffee days before to cover all the wedding day details). Their attention to detail and creative instincts to capture these important moments meant so much and we are forever grateful. So book them now! :)

There won’t be any additional expenses on my part. Based on my previous experiences, the only additional costs the couples might incur are for parking, taxis, or drinks.
No, there are no hidden fees. I believe in complete transparency, so all costs will be clearly outlined in your contract from the start. If you choose to add any additional services or hours, we’ll discuss those upfront to ensure there are no surprises.
Yes, please feel free to share your photos on social media. It would be great if you could tag my website, ivandianaphotography.com. Thank you!
Absolutely! I’d be happy to catch up with you over a video call or a regular phone call—whatever you’re more comfortable with. Either option works well for me and is super convenient for getting all our questions answered.
Yes, of course. Please find it here: https://ivandianaphotography.pixieset.com/hananddavidswedding/ The wedding was held at the JW Marriott Hotel. The couple opted for the 10-hour package.
Yes, of course. Please find it here: https://ivandianaphotography.pixieset.com/hazelandchristopher/ This was a 2-hour session. We started at the Little White Chapel and spent the second part of the shoot at Fremont.
Yes, you can definitely request both color and black-and-white versions of your photos. I’m happy to provide a variety of options so you can choose the ones that best fit your style and preferences.
Tipping is completely up to you—it’s appreciated but never required. What’s most important to me is that you’re thrilled with your photos and that you have a great time during the shoot.
Yes, you will receive high-resolution files. You will be able to print images up to 30×20 inches. If you are planning to print photos larger than that, please let me know.
Yes, you may request a second photographer for a minimum of 4 hours.
Yes, I love photographing elopements. They are becoming an increasingly popular option for couples around the world. Elopements allow you to focus on each other without the distractions of a large crowd or strict timeline. You can celebrate your love in your own unique way, and I would love to be there to celebrate it with you.
Yes! I love photographing big weddings. A wedding represents such a special day in our lives, and celebrating it with loved ones creates some of the most memorable experiences. We cherish and revisit these moments throughout our lives. Photography captures them, keeping them alive for generations to come. I feel incredibly lucky and privileged to be a part of these beautiful moments.
Yes, I do shoot in both digital and film formats. This allows me to capture the best of both worlds—digital for its versatility and quick turnaround, and film for its timeless, classic look. If you’re interested, we can incorporate both formats into your wedding day to create a unique blend of modern and vintage aesthetics.
The most convenient payment method is through Zelle, which is instant and free of fees. You can use my email address, ivandianaphotography@gmail.com, for Zelle payments. Alternatively, you can pay via PayPal or check. Please note that PayPal charges a service fee ranging from 4% to 11%, depending on your country. I require a retainer, which will be applied to the final payment. The retainer ranges from $200 to $1,000, depending on the value of your package. For those paying via Zelle or PayPal, the final payment is due one week before the shoot. For cash payments, the final payment is due on the day of the shoot.
I will provide you with all the files, except for a few test shots. Sometimes, for important moments, I take multiple photos in continuous mode, about 5 shots per second. From these, I might select 2-3 of the best images.
I will do my best to deliver your photos as quickly as possible. During slower months, I typically deliver files within a week. However, during the busy season, it may take up to 6 weeks.
I’ve been photographing professionally since 2005. I spent my 20’s living on a different cruise ships working as a photographer, traveling the world. I started Ivan Diana Photography back in 2011.
You will receive at least 70 photos per hour. This number can be lower if we have a lot of downtime (running late, traveling between locations), but it can also be higher.
You will receive your files through an online gallery. I will provide you with a link and a pin code, allowing you to download all the files at once in full resolution. You’ll also be able to easily share them with friends and family. Don’t forget to print your favorite photos—give your digital files an analog life.
Yes, most of the hotels in Las Vegas require a general liability policy for up to 2 million dollars. I do carry that policy.
If you’re traveling with your guests, the best option is to hire a party bus. You’ll be chauffeured in style from location to location, enjoy the freedom to play your own music, and as a bonus, many party buses come with a pole to really crank up the party! If it’s just the two of you, the most convenient option is to rent a limo. You’ll be dropped off right at each location, so you won’t have to worry about parking and walking to the photo spots. You are also more than welcome to ride with me. It’s a great way to get to know each other better!
I primarily use Nikon equipment because I love how Nikon cameras render skin tones. I bring at least two camera setups to every shoot. My go-to cameras at the moment are: Nikon D750 Nikon Z6 Nikon Z6II Nikon F80 (film) Fuji X-T20 Polaroid camera My go-to lenses are: Sigma 35mm f/1.4 Art Nikon 85mm f/1.4G Nikon 24-70mm f/2.8 Rokinon 14mm f/2.8 Nikon 55mm f/2.8 Macro For lighting, I use: Flashpoint V1 Godox AD200 Godox AD360 Godox SK400 II Godox SL60 Raleno LED light
I personally edit all of my files. I’m just as excited as you are to see the photos as soon as I get back home! I import the images into Adobe Lightroom and carefully edit each file.
No, the photos will not be watermarked. I want you to enjoy and share your images freely without any distractions. All your photos will be provided in high resolution and fully edited, so you can use them however you like.
