When we got engaged we knew we wanted a personal, relaxed, and tiny ceremony. We didn’t want to have to go through the stress of organizing a big wedding. But we still wanted something special. We still wanted beautiful photos. I still wanted to feel pretty, get my hair and makeup done, have some flowers. Enter Lexi. She made everything so simple and smooth. We barely had to make any decisions, because she gave us easy choices that allowed for minor personal adjustments. Our week in Hawaii was amazing, and with the guidance from Lexi, the day of our wedding was perfectly fit to us.

Dreams Come True!

Hitched in Maui helped us make our dreams come true! We had always planned to elope but this was better than we had imagined. Lexi made the planning incredibly easy and stress-free. She explained all of our options and answered all of our questions, making us feel at ease. Not only did she plan our entire day and coordinate our necessary vendors but she also captured our day through her talented photography skills. In addition, she genuinely cared and was prepared for every situation! I felt a bit motion sick on the way to our second location due to lack of eating and intake of caffeine (classic bride move) and she was there with ginger chews and motion sickness patches, eager to help me feel better. She checked in with me as we went along to ensure I was doing okay. We are so glad we picked Hitched in Maui and we would recommend her to everyone! We will never forget how special our day was and we have her to thank for it!

Lexi is an absolute gem! She is the kind of rare find that makes an already magical place even more special. From our first Zoom call through all of our planning, Lexi was thoughtful, organized and invested in making our day everything we imagined. On the wedding day, she went far beyond being our photographer by making sure every detail came together beautifully and allowing us to simply be present and enjoy it all. Her photography is extraordinary! The colours, the ocean, the sunset, the light and the scenery are breathtaking, but what makes her work even more special is the way she captures emotion. Our smiles and laughter feel so authentic and beautifully preserved. We are struggling to find one favourite photograph to frame :) We have shared the photos with family and friends, and they, too, have been amazed not only by the quality, but by how deeply they can feel the emotion in them. Every time we look at Lexi’s photographs, we relive the experience all over again. Lexi is truly exceptional! Her talent, creativity and ability to capture the beauty and emotion of a moment are unparalleled. We could not have imagined anyone more talented, more enthusiastic, more positive, more genuine, more kind, and more perfect to capture our wedding day.
