Hello there! I'm a Lancaster County photographer and dreamer. Obsessed with cheesy pickup lines, puppy cuddles, and ICE CREAM. It wasn't until I had my own wedding, that I realized how unique and special photography could actually be! During our first dance as I was slowly turning with my husband, I couldn't help but glance at everyone watching us. Everyone that took a day out of their lives to come celebrate our new beginning. Everyone who, by being there that day, promised to support us, help us, and hold us accountable, through this new journey.

As we continued to turn my photographer came into view, and a rush of emotion came over me because it was at that moment that I realized that a photographer captures those moments in time so that years from now- with your grandkids- you can sit down and show them all the events, emotions, and people you loved and cherished on that day and every day after! SO ON YOUR WEDDING DAY I AM MORE THAN JUST YOUR PHOTOGRAPHER. I am your support system and new best friend! You are my number one priority, because the truth is... you deserve to relax and really take in all the moments and people that are surrounding you!

All you have to do on the day is focus on your partner and just let the love and chemistry between you two do all the talking in the photos!!

    AMAZING PHOTOGRAPHER

    Wow, Heather and her team are AMAZING!! We cannot say enough wonderful things about Heather! From the moment we met her at our engagement shoot, she was so warm and welcoming, instantly putting us at ease. She made us feel completely comfortable especially with us not having much experience having photos done. Throughout the wedding process, she went above and beyond to help answer any questions. Throughout our wedding day, she felt more like a friend than a photographer — guiding us with such kindness and genuine excitement for us. Her energy and passion made every moment so comfortable and fun.

You name the place and time and I'll be there. Yes, I am based in Lancaster, PA, but that definitely does not limit me to this area only. I recently have been bit by the travel bug and I just love seeing new places and getting so inspired. Just let me know all your plans in the contact form and we will work together to create a custom package based on your location and needs.
You will receive your photos in a Pinterest style online gallery. For my wedding we received our wedding photos on a USB. There have been a few times where I had a panic moment because I couldn't remember where I put the USB. I never want that to happen to you, so with this online gallery you can access your photos from anywhere and you will always know where they are.
My typical answer is 80-100 photos per hour, but since I know we are about to be great friends I will let you in on a little secret. If a photo is good and not a duplicate, you will get it. You deserve to have the full story of your day and I don't want to keep that from you by putting a cap on the number of photos you will receive.
If it would happen, which (knock on wood) it hasn't happened yet; I know my second shooter is absolutely amazing and would step up in a heart beat to take over the primary shooter roll, and I have a close group of photographers that I can easily reach out to and fill the second shooter roll. I know they will take amazing care of you, just like I would!
You certainly do! You will receive full printing rights so that you and your family can print any of the photos where ever you would like. If you order through the gallery system, it guarantees that the prints with be beautiful, and even more importantly, true to color. Unfortunately, I can't guarantee the color or quality if you print from your local drug store or online print shops.
Drum-roll please!! You will receive ALL of your photos within 4-6 weeks of your wedding day. But the best part is because I won't be able to contain my excitement for your images, you will receive a few sneak peeks and a blog post filled with some of my favorites, within the first week, to hold you over!
I will start with some simple poses to help you feel comfortable in front of the camera, and then from there I will just build off of them and let you two really just shine through the rest of the session. I of course want to make sure you look incredible in every photo, but I really want you to just have fun together so I can capture your unique love!
I shoot at new venues all the time and I absolutely love it!! I also make sure to visit the venue prior to the date, or if it is farther away, I arrive early to make sure I can walk around and plan out different locations for backdrops based on the lighting throughout the day. It will be as if I had already photographed there.
Yes!! And I would be more than happy to provide a Certificate of Insurance to your venue or any other vendor if needed.
Absolutely!! I would be happy to share one (or even two) full wedding galleries with you so you can see what your full day can look like! And if you call right now I'll even throw in an engagement session gallery for you to view as well.
Heck yea!! They are sooo incredibly beneficial!! They not only save time at the beginning of the day so we can do getting ready photos of you two at the same time, but throughout the entire rest of the day they are capturing different angles and moments to give you the full story of your wedding day!
