Travel fees vary based on location, but if your wedding takes place in the Northern Utah area, travel is often included at no additional cost. For engagement, bridal, or boudoir sessions, a travel fee may apply depending on the distance of your chosen location. All potential fees are clearly noted in my exclusive location guide, which features over 300 spots. My goal is always to make the planning process smooth and transparent, so you’ll know exactly what to expect with no surprises.
Yes! I offer flexible payment plans to make things as easy and stress free as possible. You can choose to split your total into 1, 2, 3, or monthly payments. A initial payment of at least $500 is required to reserve your date, and the final payment is due one week before your wedding. The remaining balance will be evenly divided based on your selected plan. All payments are managed through a secure invoicing system, and you’re welcome to pay via credit card, bank transfer, Apple Pay, or Google Pay, whatever is most convenient for you.
To begin the booking process, I like to connect over Zoom or a phone call so we can get to know each other and make sure it’s the right fit, both personally and creatively. Once you’re ready to move forward, we’ll both sign a contract and you’ll make your first payment to officially reserve your date. It’s simple, seamless, and one step closer to documenting your love story beautifully.
I don’t set a limit on the number of photos you’ll receive. I deliver every beautiful image, removing only duplicates, test shots, or unflattering moments, so you get a complete and polished gallery. On average, this comes out to around 75 photos per hour of coverage. For engagement, bridal, or boudoir sessions, I guarantee a minimum of 50 thoughtfully edited images.
While I’ve never missed a wedding in all my years of photographing, I believe in being prepared, just in case. If an emergency were to arise, you would have two options: I can offer a full refund, or I can send one of my trusted team members or a qualified associate photographer in my place at the team package rate. You’ll still receive my signature editing and full gallery delivery, ensuring the experience and final product remain consistent with my brand.
Yes, absolutely. I always bring two professional cameras, multiple lenses, and two flashes with me on every wedding day. My cameras also dual-record to two SD cards to protect against file corruption. As soon as I get home, I back everything up to a secure hard drive. Backup systems are essential, and something every couple should consider when choosing a wedding photographer.
