Contractual promises mean nothing to this business

While the photo quality we eventually received was good, the professional experience has been disappointing and a nightmare. We chose this team because of their portfolio, but we learned the hard way that they do not provide the same level of service to every client. The Staffing Issue: They promised to have a 3-person team specifically so they could split up and cover both bridal parties during morning preparations. Only 2 members arrived. Because they were understaffed, they had to rush between groups, resulting in insufficient coverage and missing shots of our preparation. The Timeline of Delays: - Oct 4, 2025: Our Wedding Day. - Oct 8, 2025: Teaser photos delivered (The only part of the contract they followed). - Jan 23, 2026: USB drive delivered late. It was missing the guest interview videos, forcing us to chase them down for a digital link. - Jan 26, 2026: Photos finally uploaded—16 weeks after the wedding. Our contract guaranteed a 6–8 week delivery. Even then, the gallery was incomplete. - Feb 11, Feb 26, & Mar 2, 2026: We sent three separate follow-up emails asking for the remaining photos. Current Status (March 22, 2026): It has been over a month since our last email, and they have completely ignored us. We have been patient and haven't even asked for the monetary compensation we are likely owed for the breach of contract and the missing staff member. Don't let the beautiful Instagram feed fool you. They clearly 'choose' which clients to put effort into, and once they have your money, the communication stops. If you value your wedding memories and your sanity, do not hire them."
