Our clients are individuals who are fascinating in many ways. Their love stories bring us laughter and move us to tears. They are living proof that love is still a thing in these crazy times. Here at Alvea Studios, we won't provide you with just photographs, but with tiny memories capsules. We will make sure that you are happy with the results not only after the shoot, but for many years to come.

We are huge fans of natural lighting and candid imagery - so we do our very best to capture your day to promote those results! Natural light brings an irreplaceable soft touch to the photos we capture. There is no better way to create a cozy atmosphere. This is also the place where candid shots are highly appreciated. We believe that there is beauty in imperfection that we, as humans, crave for. People have been told what to do in front of the camera since its invention, so it is finally time for some craziness!     We hired Alvea Studios to take our first maternity photo shoot back in 2019, both my husband and I were expecting our first baby! We got to choose the location to have our shoot and both Abbie and Harold made both my husband and I feel incredibly comfortable. We are ones to not take pictures but I knew this was a milestone in our life we wanted to remember, I left having fun and it was the utmost positive experience we’ve ever experienced! Both were 100% professional, accommodating and captured every moment. After seeing the final product of pictures we were incredibly happy as it came out perfect! Something for my son to see when he gets older. They both were so awesome we also ended up hiring them to do my engagement photos in the summer of 2019 as well after my son was born! They even made a wedding teaser video for me, which came out awesome! Harold and Abbie have a gifted talent, to capture a moment in time with their photography I’ve never seen before with past professional family photos taken when I was a child. In the end I hired them for my wedding, my second maternity shoot back in 2021 and the last two years for our holiday Christmas cards. Consider them for any event you may have, both again are extremely professional and great at what they do!

    Harold with Alvea Studios is by far one of the kindest, most professional, and fast working photographers and videographers I've ever had the opportunity to work with! When I initially reached out to Harold for videography, he not only responded super quickly but was also able to listen and HEAR what my dreams and visions were of my big day. My wife and I eloped on Oahu and Harold not only delivered the most stunning images as a photographer, but went even further to deliver the most heartwarming elopement ever. Even when I show my friends, the always tear up. When I sit in the quiet moments of life and want to sit back and reminisce of Hawaii and the love that I share with my wife, I watch the video that Alvea Studios made for us. It's perfectly cinematic. It makes me feel like my love story is worth being seen and that it's perfect and beautiful. Not only that, but the cinematic and storytelling way that Harold captured both of us makes me feel like not only is our love story uniquely ours (which he captures perfectly) but also that it's something epic and truly a romance for the ages. Every time I know someone is going to Hawaii for a wedding, an elopement, or even a vow renewal, I ALWAYS refer Harold and Alvea Studios. His attention to detail is beyond measure and I cannot thank him enough for creating the perfect memories for my wife and I to share and cherish for the rest of our lives.
