Welcome to AlekseyK Photography & Films! We are a husband and wife team, servicing all of Western NY and the Finger Lakes, specializing in modern, creative and documentary style photography and videography.

Every person is unique, so every wedding should include not only the traditional formals, but the REAL moments, the REAL people and their emotions. By capturing these glimpses in time, our Clients are able to look back on their wedding day and experience those emotions all over again.

    Aleksey and his wife were phenomenal to work with. They made our whole wedding perfect. We got all the photos we wanted and more. We would definitely recommend them for any wedding. Their photos are beautiful!

    Aleksey did a great job! He is incredibly detailed and got our photos back to us really fast. He was great with the kids and gave us space when we needed it. Overall very professional and great at what he does.

    August 2026 Bride

    AlekseyK was our best vendor! Aleksey is not only incredibly talented and a master of his craft, he is also extremely thorough and communicative. He created an amazing timeline for our day and, on top of taking beautiful pictures, he and Leah were a huge help in keeping the day running smoothly. They worked so hard the entire day and gave us absolutely stunning pictures. I think there is a picture of every single guest, they were everywhere but also masterful in capturing huge moments without us really knowing they were there. They totally captured the energy and beauty of our day, we cannot recommend them enough. 10/10 for communication, preparation, and results. For what the service they provide, they are very fairly priced.

    Estrada's Wedding

    Aleksey and Leah were fantastic to work with. They made the day flow naturally, helped us plan, stick to our timeline and even helped us through unexpected hurdles that were out of their control. They made sure that we were both engaged and enjoying our day to the fullest. When the brides bustle broke, Leah was able to fix it with her sewing kit, and she did the same for the guys jackets when buttons were falling off or something needed to be restitched. The pictures turned out spectacular and we are so grateful for both Aleksey and Leah for helping make sure that our wedding day went on as smoothly as possible so we could just relax and enjoy the day with our loved ones. We highly recommend anyone to choose Aleksey for their special day!

    WOW... Our wedding was on June 4th 2026 and hands down Aleksey and Leah were the greatest people I have ever worked with. Their work is phenomenal. We went for the 2 photographer option for the longest time possible and I am so glad we did. We now have so many amazing, beautiful photos of our special day. To begin, Aleksey is a very organized and knowledgable photographer. He set up multiple meetings to discuss plans and timelines before the wedding. He developed basically my entire wedding timeline (which was SO helpful). Many (if not all) of my other vendors are ones he has worked with before so he was very accustomed to how they worked. He also gave me the suggestion of where to do my first look spot which we ended up using and loving. He was very punctual and very easy to work with. Truly he made my life so easy. Not only are his organization skills exceptional but he certainly has an eye for photography. His work is art. He knew exactly where/how to position me and my bridal party, and which locations would make the best backgrounds. Throughout the picture-taking he made fun jokes that had everyone laughing, providing genuine smiles in the photos. Additionally Aleksey's wife Leah is equally as amazing. Her photography skills are exceptional, and she was such a support to me throughout the day. She even helped me bustle my dress and bobby pin my veil in. My favorite part about her is she was not afraid to be the bad guy; she pulled me aside and told me if I was done taking pictures to let her know and she would tell everyone that we were done. To wrap things up this duo is amazing. my heart is so full knowing they captured my day perfectly. My jaw was on the floor when I received my photos (which was insanely fast!! 2 weeks and we were sent all of our edited photos). I could go on but I think theres a word limit. I hope this review helps!

Typically, couples book me about 1-2 years before their wedding date. I encourage you to reach out as soon as possible about my availability, even if you’re planning on a shorter time frame.
Yes, we offer a Highlight Video as an Add-On to the Full Day 2 Photographer Coverage. This is a short, 4-5 minute video in 1080p (Full HD) resolution, in combination with professionally-licensed music, that highlights moments of the event. A La Carte Video options are also available with the 2 Photographer Coverage.
I do! Just let me know if your venue requires a certificate of liability, and I’ll send that over to them.
Yes! We are a husband/wife team. When requested, my wife, Leah, can be added to any package as a second photographer.
All final images will be edited for color, saturation, exposure, and sharpness to ensure they look beautiful. Retouching services are done on a case-by-case basis as needed.
We offer Sneak Peak photos with the week of the wedding, with turnaround times for the full gallery varying by season. Typically, you’ll be able to view your photos online about 4-8 weeks after your wedding.
