Classic Elegance

This ceremony choice is for those desiring to have a simpler ceremony but beyond that is usually done. Again, this ceremony is fully customizable to meet the needs and desires of each couple, whether secular/civil, spiritual, or religious. The Classic Elegance is not as involved as the Breathtaking Grandeur ceremony choice, this ceremony stands the time of our ceremonies. This and the Simple Elegance package are our two most popular packages.

    10/10 Experience

    When we began planning our wedding, we thought it would be nearly impossible to create a ceremony that would make everyone happy. My husband and I come from very different religious backgrounds, and we truly had no idea where to start. Left to our own devices, we probably would have just gone to the courthouse, but we knew our families (especially mine) hoped for something much more traditional. I was so pleasantly surprised to find Your Wedding Officiant and learn that we could build a ceremony from scratch- one that honored tradition while still feeling true to us. We worked closely with Reverend Dennis, who guided us every step of the way. He was incredibly kind, communicative, flexible, and such a pleasure to work with. Thanks to him, we were able to create a beautiful ceremony that thoughtfully blended our families’ values with our own preferences. I can’t overstate how meaningful it was to have so much control and customization without sacrificing reverence or structure. I would recommend Your Wedding Officiant to absolutely anyone.     A Dream Ceremony

    Rev. Dennis M. Wargo was great throughout the entire wedding planning process. He was easy to get in touch with, explained everything in great detail, and allowed us to customize our ceremony as we pleased. As a retired catholic priest, he was able to mimic a catholic ceremony for us outside at our venue, which is something very rare but very important for our families. The day of the ceremony, he was prompt, helped to ease our worries, and provided us with the best ceremony that we could imagine. Our family still talks about how much they loved our ceremony. I would highly recommend Rev. Dennis and his team to anyone getting married

Most definitely! We view the couple as the director of THEIR wedding. We work with the couple to design a ceremony that is reflective of them, their love, and their life! We provide a variety of choices for each couple to choose from, but beyond those choices, we are always open to editing, combining, and redoing items to meet a couple's desires. We do have an obligation to make sure that the wedding ceremony is a legal entity and conforms to all legal requirements. Outside of that caveat, the sky is the limit. We design religious, non-religious, secular, civil, and spiritual wedding ceremonies. You are the conductor, we are the orchestra!
Yes, we do offer a rehearsal option for the majority of our ceremony choices. However, adding the rehearsal is an additional cost and mileage.
We offer a variety of ceremony enhancements. Personal Vows, Dual Personal Vows, Unity Ceremonies, Family Blending to name a few.
We certainly can! All we would need would be a copy of your completed wedding license to prove that you are married for our records. Then the process is the same as for any other wedding. We will even provide a "Ceremonial Copy" recognizing your ceremony.
We have done literally thousands of weddings over the past 30 years.
No! We do not provide or require premarital counseling! We believe that you are adults, and as such, we defer to your judgement in choosing a suitable partner in life. It is Your Love! Your Life! Your Wedding! As such we trust your judgement!
We strongly urge couples to book as far in advance as they are able. We generally suggest that you book your officiant as soon as you book your venue. Booking early ensures that you receive your choice of date and officiant. Some sites suggest booking your officiant at the three-to-six-month mark prior to your wedding. We have found in our practice that this is actually too late. We recommend a year or more prior to your wedding to ensure your best options.
We offer 3 payment plans - all of them interest-free. 1. Full Payment Plan - Payment made at the time of formal booking. [i.e., Signing of a Letter of Agreement and submission of the payment.] 2. Interest-Free 50/50 Payment Plan - 50% of the payment is made at the time of formal booking, and the final payment is due approximately 7 days before the wedding date. 3. Interest-Free Flexible Payments - The total cost of the wedding is divided by the number of payments the couple is comfortable with (up to 13) between booking and the wedding date. The result is the approximate spread payment.
All our billing and estimates are generated through Square, Inc., in accordance with the selected payment plan. Invoices are sent for each payment based on the chosen payment plan and timing.
Yes, we do offer Estimate of Ceremony Construction and Execution Cost. This is a free service we offer upon reception of an Initial Couple Information Form that will be forwarded to you with a more detailed summary of our services, staff, procedures, and fees when you contact us.
Currently, we have five officiants with whom we work. Reverend Dennis M. Wargo, M.Div., - Officiant, Priest, President, Founder; Minister Georgeanne Trask, M.Ed. - Associate Officiant; Minister Judith Shannon, M.A. Chap. - Associate Officiant; Minister Keri Harmicar, B.A. - Associate Officiant; and Reverend Kelly Moore, CPFC - Associate Officiant. All our officiants hold Ecclesiastical Endorsement from their various endorsing agencies to perform weddings.
Unfortunately, no! Some of our officiants are limited by their ability to travel along with their current licensure certifications. All though Pennsylvania does not currently require officiant registration/licensure, both Ohio and West Viriginia do require registration/licensure. Rest assured that we will offer you a choice of only those officiants who are able to travel and hold registration/licensure in the jurisdiction where you are planning on having your ceremony performed.
