Hi! My name is Chelsea and I am a New England based wedding officiant who specializes in writing and performing custom ceremonies for weddings and elopements. I believe every couple deserves to feel guided by a seasoned professional on their wedding day. I also believe your officiant should feel like a natural part of the day. Warm, familiar, and completely at home within the celebration and your story. My goal is to fit seamlessly into each wedding, sharing your love story with clarity, romance, and just the right amount of humor for the people who matter most. I also have another talented officiant on my team, doubling our availability!
We approach every ceremony with the belief that your love story deserves to be told with intention, heart, and a level of care that goes far beyond simply showing up to read words on a page. We build a natural connection with our couples right away, which allows us to write a ceremony that feels deeply personal rather than generic. Our experience on wedding days allows us to anticipate the natural rhythm of the day. We keep an eye out for pacing, timing, and any small gaps that might need a gentle hand so everything flows smoothly. We arrive to your wedding day as a calming, joyful presence who feels like part of the team.

Have you been on the hunt for an officiant for your wedding and no one has quite fit the bill? Maybe you have a friend or family member in mind but they are nervous or intimidated by the process? We can help! We offer sit down consultations with couples AND their chosen officiant. We will help coach you through the process of becoming an ordained minister, developing and writing the ceremony, tips and tricks for public speaking as well as delivering a polished ceremony on the big day!

Our dream wedding cermony come true
From the very beginning of our wedding planning journey, my husband and I knew that our ceremony would be the most meaningful part of our day. We wanted it to be deeply personal. Something that reflected our love story and honored our spiritual backgrounds in a unique, nontraditional way. When we met Chelsea for our introductory call, it took no more than a few minutes to realize she was the perfect person to officiate our wedding. She listened attentively to everything we envisioned and, more importantly, we felt an instant connection. It’s rare to meet someone for the first time and feel like you’ve known them forever, but that’s exactly how it felt with Chelsea. We trusted her completely and choosing her was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding. Working with Chelsea was effortless. The first draft of our ceremony script was beautifully written and thoughtfully structured. We were genuinely blown away. It captured everything we hoped for and required almost no edits. After our wedding ceremony, countless guests came up to us saying it was the most moving and memorable ceremony they had ever witnessed. That’s all thanks to Chelsea. My husband and I eloped in 2023, having Chelsea as our officiant was the best decision we could have made! It was us, our baby, the dog, Chelsea and the photographer… Her presence made it feel like we had one of our good friends marrying us! Her thoughtful planning, incredible words and little moments like holding our baby so we could get some great solo shots, we’re all so meaningful. Chelsea goes above and beyond to make you feel comfortable and she is absolutely up for any adventure! 10/10 would recommend Chelsea!!!!
