Sign and Go Ceremony

Description

Hitch Happens signs the couple's marriage license. The process is approximately 10 minutes. It does not involve vows or the exchange of rings. This is ideal for couples who do not desire the "frills" associated with a traditional wedding and those who are planning an international destination wedding.

A traditional ceremony involves the wedding of your dreams at the venue of your choice. Couples exchange vows/rings via the assistance of a wedding officiant.

Vow Renewal

Description

Celebrate your love story all over again with a heartfelt vow renewal ceremony designed just for you. Whether you are marking a milestone anniversary, overcoming life’s challenges together, or simply saying “I love my spouse!,” Hitch Happens creates a meaningful, personalized experience that honors your journey as a couple

Day of Wedding Coordinator

Description

Creates and manages wedding day timeline to ensure all events happen on schedule. Coordinates with vendors, including photographers, caterers, florists, and musicians, to confirm arrival times and responsibilities. Supervises the ceremony and reception setup to make sure decorations, seating, and personal details are arranged correctly. Handling last-minute issues or emergencies so the couple and their families can focus on enjoying the celebration.

    The best officiant with the warmest heart!

    TRULY THE BEST

    Cicely made our experience so simple. She had great communication with me the entire time. Not only did she communicate about the service but about guiding me through the process of getting married calming my nerves and realizing my stress. Everything was explained with no issues and I definitely recommend her. If I could do it again I totally would.

Yes, you may personalize your ceremony. It is your special day, and your input matters.
Yes.
Of course! Many couples elect to have their children participate in a unity prayer.
Yes! Some couples choose to remember a loved one via a prayer or a poem.
Yes. I would gladly submit the marriage license. Some couples elect to personally submit their license. I remind them that they have 30 days to do so. When I mail the license, I send the envelope USPS Certified mail (with tracking).
My portion, of the ceremony, is typically 20-25 minutes. Based upon your desire, it could be shorter/longer.
Yes! It is your story, and no one knows your narrative better than you.
Yes, I have. I remind couples that their wedding day is THEIR day. I try and mingle with the families prior to the ceremony and use humor to break any ice. It helps everyone remember why we are at the venue.
Yes. I am a micro wedding/Sign and Go ceremony expert.
Yes. When I arrive at the venue, after communicating with the couple, I immediately ask for the wedding planner and/or photographer. We coordinate exactly what s/he needs from me during the ceremony, and my expectations for signing the marriage license.
I focus on making the ceremony feel intentional and deeply reflective of you as a couple. With a smaller setting, we actually have more freedom to slow things down and be meaningful.
