Amor and Vows is a bilingual wedding officiant team serving couples throughout California’s Central Valley. We create personalized wedding ceremonies in English, Spanish, or bilingual formats, designed around each couple’s story, personality, culture, and values. Our services include custom ceremonies, unity traditions, wedding rehearsals, elopements, and marriage license guidance. We are proud to serve as the resident officiants for Wedgewood Weddings at Casa del Rio and Fresno Fields in the Fresno area. Description

A quick, no-frills option for couples who want to make their marriage official without a traditional wedding ceremony. Includes a brief legal declaration of marriage, completion and signing of your California marriage license, and submission to the issuing county. No personalized ceremony, readings, or additional traditions included. Couples must obtain a valid marriage license beforehand. One witness is required for public marriage licenses.

Personalization depends on the package you select. Couples who choose the Amor and Vows or Perfect Promise packages receive a fully personalized ceremony written to reflect their story, values, and relationship. Other offerings follow a thoughtfully prepared structure designed to be meaningful and elegant.
We offer ceremonies in English, Spanish, or bilingual (English and Spanish). Couples are welcome to choose the language and how it is blended throughout the ceremony.
Yes. Couples are invited to review their ceremony script in advance, and edits or feedback are always welcome. Couples who select the Amor and Vows package receive access to a shared Google document, allowing real-time collaboration on their ceremony wording.
Most ceremonies are thoughtfully paced and typically run under 30 minutes, allowing the moment to feel meaningful without feeling rushed or overly long.
Our ceremonies are romantic, heartfelt, and warm, often with light humor when appropriate. They are faith-friendly but inclusive, and non-religious unless requested.
Ceremony rehearsals are available as an optional addition. When included, we attend the rehearsal to guide the ceremony flow, answer questions, and ensure everyone feels prepared and confident. The rehearsal is also the perfect opportunity to complete the marriage license and sworn statement.
Yes. We coordinate closely with planners, coordinators, and/or DJs to ensure the ceremony flows smoothly and aligns with the overall timeline. We typically arrive 30 minutes before the ceremony to check in and prepare.
After the ceremony, we ensure your marriage license is properly completed and submitted to the county no later than two days after your wedding. We remain in contact with the county to confirm your license has been received and processed.
Yes. We offer notary services for the sworn statement if you would like your official marriage certificate mailed to you by the county. This service is optional and available upon request.
We primarily serve the Central Valley and surrounding areas. Travel fees may apply depending on location.
